Sam helped me get into a rental even when it seemed hopeless. I do not have credit because I choose not to have credit cards, etc. and unfortunately many of these large corporations are requiring credit. I had money for my rental and the $500 deposit, and Sam and his Regional Manager did everything to make sure I got the car I needed. I had a horrible experience with Enterprise and these two guys at Hertz made all the difference. read more

Rented from this office before. Went in to office to pick up rental car from a Travelocity booking. The man asked me if I had an extra driver I said yes, this was also done on my past rentals with this office. He mentioned no additional fee. When dropping off the car he charged an additional fee for the extra driver. He has lost my business. He said I had accepted this. All he asked me was there an additional driver, I told him yes as in the past. No mention of additional fees. read more

Impossible to get a hold of... All they have is voice prompts in a computerized phone service. Will never rent from them again

For starters, this place is nearly impossible to find. It is a few doors down from the Publix, at a desk in the very back of the AAA office. There are no signs indicating that this is a hertz location. Nothing inside, nothing outside. To make it even harder, according to the Apple and Google maps (at least for now and the past year) the address they give you doesn't exist. If you decide to come here, good luck. I have used this location twice. Both times, I have had poor service. The first time they changed my pickup date, then I had to wait a couple hours to get the car. Because service was so bad, I got a discount, which made things slightly more bearable. Now it is my second time using this place and I have been sitting in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours, still no car, and no discounts offered. When I finally got the car, the guy said the tank was full, but 18 miles later the gauge claimed to be missing an 1/8 tank of fuel. I'm sorry, but a car doesn't go through an 1/8 th of a tank in 18 miles. Yes, you will eventually get a car and, yes, it may be the cheapest one available, but the service is severely lacking. It is worth paying $50 more to go somewhere else. read more

Reserved 4 full size sedans and this rental location after taking/making the reservation with weeks worth of prep time was unable to fulfill its agreement. Full size sedans had expired tags and couldn't be rented?!?! No visible sign of the company either. One computer for undertrained personnel also. Would never consider this location again!!! read more

I have rented from this location on more than one occasion. While service has always been satisfactory, the last rental was exceptional. This particular instance involved several situations that required Jason's assistance and his responses were always immediate and effective in helping me resolve issues (extending the rental; misplacing my copy of my contract and needing a replacement copy etc.). I highly recommend this location, and Jason's expertise when in need of a rental vehicle. read more
