Their insurance agreed to supply a rental car and made the reservation for me. Everything went perfectly smooth. Parker, at this office, was very easy to work with, answered all my questions since this whole process was new to me, and helped supply a car that I could fit in comfortably. We inspected the car and off I went. Return was equally smooth. I was inspired to sign up for a Enterprise Plus Membership and I will use Enterprise Oldsmar next time I need a car! Thanks Parker! And thanks, Rufus, for overseeing the transaction with a smile! Life is good with great service and a nice, reliable rental car.

When unexpected charges posted to the bank account and inquiry was made as to why, they lied about what the charges were for multiple times. First they said it was for gas until they were told there were pictures/proof of what the tank was when car was issued. Then said it was just a hold and not a charge until insurance paid the bill, which was also a lie and confirmed by the bank. Then was told the cost of the car was higher than what was told at the time of renting the car. They refused to reimburse the money. Also never received the deposit back on top of the extra bill they charged and what insurance paid. Invoice received showed "Deposit" amount when car was picked up and "Deposit" amount when car was dropped off. No explanation of why there was a second "Deposit" or what that charge was for. Go to a different location. The people at this location, including the manager, are dishonest.

Enterprise picked me up from the collision center my car was being worked on at (Ferman) and…read morebrought me to their office on U.S. 19 near Kolsterman Road. I was offered a 2021 Nissan Altima base model. The car came with sanitary wipes and smelled a little funky like someone had smoked cigarettes in it at some point. All documents I signed to rent the car we're on a tablet and I didn't have to present valid insurance to take the car off the lot. I asked an employee for the vehicle's registration and was told a copy of my rental agreement would suffice. My agreement was sent to my email which listed the duration of my rental as three days. The employee I spoke to said this was standard practice and the collision center working on my car would update them and they would extend the amount of days despite me saying it would take them at least seven. This practice puts a lot of faith in the auto body shop to update Enterprise so, the customer doesn't face liability. Around the seventh day, Enterprise called me and stated they would appreciate it if I could stop by their office so they could put a 2022 license plate renewal tab on the license plate attached to the Altima. The plate had been renewed and was valid but had a 2021 sticker with the month I rented the car. When I stopped by Enterprise I told the employee I didn't appreciate this inconvenience and if the license plate had expired the driver could be ticketed for driving the vehicle. The employee said only Enterprise would be held liable but that's not true. Once the employee realized the plate was out of Maryland and she couldn't locate the renewal tab she moved me into a different Altima. This 2021 Altima was a more luxurious model with leather seats and had additional upgrades. I didn't have to fuel my old rental back up, signed the tablet again and left the lot. A few days later my vehicle was done being repaired despite Enterprise saying the information they received was it would be totaled. Enterprise allowed me to leave the Altima at Ferman Collision Center where my vehicle was being worked on. Enterprise came and picked up their car up and I had no further contact with them. I would recommend this Enterprise location to others but, I caution others to be weary of potential problems when entering into an agreement with them as with any private business.

On June 30, 2026, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car at 38890 US Hwy 19, Tarpon Springs,…read moreFL. I made the reservation in advance and provided all required information, including my updated contact details, residency, billing information, and driver's license. My reservation was for a standard SUV for seven days, with pickup on June 30 at 12:00 PM and return on July 7 at 12:00 PM. At 11:00 AM on July 7, I contacted Blake, the representative who assisted me during pickup, to request an extension because my personal vehicle was still being serviced. I also asked for an adjustment since I had reserved and paid for a standard SUV but was given a compact SUV instead. Blake stated that the compact SUV rate was $260 per week and $36.88 for each additional day. He told me I had been charged a weekly rate of $280 and that I was owed $21.67. I explained multiple times that my receipt clearly shows I was charged $295 per week for a standard SUV. Using Blake's own quoted compact rate of $260 per week, the correct difference is $35. Blake's calculation reflected the midsize SUV rate of $285, not the standard SUV rate I paid for. Despite repeated clarification, he refused to make the $35 adjustment. I sent Blake a photo of my receipt, which states: "1 week @ $295.00 / week - Standard SUV - Chevrolet Equinox or similar," totaling $320.24 after taxes and fees, plus a $300 deposit. Blake claimed he could not view the photos. When I requested the manager's name and contact information, he stated that he was the manager. When I asked for his supervisor's information, he refused to provide it. I also checked Enterprise's current posted rates on July 7, 2026. The standard SUV rate is $305 per week, and the compact SUV rate is $270 per week--a $45 difference. I am only requesting the $35 difference based on the rates Blake himself provided. Neither the posted rates nor Blake's quoted rates support the $21.67 adjustment he offered.
