well, they did show up…read more 1st call dispatcher said - "no problem. 10 minutes". second call, 20 minutes later - "got caught in traffic, will be there in 5 minutes". 12 minutes later, taxi arrived. can it really be that hard to give a time estimate? and have it be close? not the first time being promised "10 minutes" and having it be considerably longer. if management or dispatch reads this, try giving a more realistic estimate for wait times. we understand it may take a while, but don't like waiting over twice as long as your "promise." we can get cranky that way, and have an unfavorable view on your expertise and professionalism.
