I didn't ask much, simply for them to repair the damage that wasn't there before they arrived. Unfortunately the owner is extremely unprofessional and will not take responsibility for his crew.

With a looming closing date of our new dream home, and sub-par realtor who was less than communicative, and couldn't seem to guarantee anyone could do the survey, We became desperate and turned to Yelp. I left messages for about 4-5 survey companies, on a late Friday night after business hours. I left message after message detailing our needs and time constraints. By the time I awoke on Saturday morning, Alan had already texted me, to let me know he could move some things around and could have his guy there on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Not only did Peninsula Survey do a great job on time, but Alan was the only one to return my call, of the 4 or 5 surveyors that I left messages with. We did pay probably slightly more, but our new home is in Melbourne Beach and his team traveled almost 2 hours to do the survey...well worth the excellent work and peace of mind. The project took 10 weeks to complete, after paying the deposit. During that waiting period, our family unexpectedly found a new home and ended up moving. Since permits/approvals had delayed the project and installation had not yet happened at the time, I reached out politely to ask whether there was any flexibility on our portion of the cost given the change in circumstances. I was not asking for free work or refusing payment -- I simply asked the question respectfully. Unfortunately, instead of receiving a professional explanation or even a simple "no," I was spoken to in a way that was extremely aggressive and personally insulting. I was talked over and criticized for several minutes for even asking. It was honestly surprising because I believed asking about options before installation was a reasonable customer question. Despite the interaction, we still honored the agreement and paid our final balance in full once the fence was completed. The fence itself turned out nicely, but customer service matters just as much as the final product. Delays happen. Saying no is okay. Speaking respectfully to customers should still be the standard. I highly recommend AVOIDING this company for any of your fencing needs.

We had a vinyl fence installed recently at our new home. I would have loved to give them more stars…read morefor a review, however there were a few issues that shouldn't have been issues at all. First- customer service and beginning of the process was very good. From the quote to the install was pretty good. The quote- we received a couple different quotes for two different types of fences. We had large bushes that would need to be trimmed back. The team had a guy come out to find the survey pegs. He said they trim them bushes all the time. I was told only thing on the bushes that would be extra outside of the quote would be to have them hauled away. We opted to dispose of them ourselves. - in the end they added $80 to the invoice for the trimming. I told them they should have included that when they came out. The install- the day of the install nobody showed up. Nobody called. My wife waited half a day and called. They said they were running behind and would call right back. Nobody ever called. Install day- showed up after calling and install began. We have irrigation and the installers installed on the front of the sprinkler heads. Would recommend that they check that prior to installing in the future. A little old lady is not going to be able to tell the installers where all her irrigation heads are. Fence was completed with the exception of two panels which had to be completed after inspection. Called about 4 days after to find when the inspector would be coming. Was told the permit would be hung and inspection on Thursday or Friday. Saturday came and Sunday came and nothing. Allied the Tuesday after and was told they would schedule its finally Friday came and the inspection was done. Was told they would finish the panels on Saturday. Saturday came and nobody showed. Called next week and finally got a response. Overall the fence is a fence and it works. The communication of this company is terrible. If someone is gonna be late or not show, call the customer, instead of the customer having to keep calling And quote for the price based on the job instead of raising the price when complete.
