Groundwork's crew were awesome from the initial quote process to final completion. Christian was great in the sales process and Mikah Ramos and Mickey Snip were excellent in the solution. They removed all the old insulation along with the rodent waste, cleaned out our crawlspace and sealed it all up to prevent rodents from coming in. Worksite was left cleaner than when they arrived and they were super efficient. Price wasn't the cheapest but it was fair value (they do have a good and easy 0% interest financing option) and they were able to schedule the work much sooner than other places. Needless to say after a few winters my driveway was a pock marked mess! The grade was right up to the entryway so I thought a repair would be difficult. Then I met Leslie Bryant! Everything went smoothly just as expected, no problems, no complications, no collateral damage. The crew was good -- conscientious and professional. Chippers' bids/estimates are a bit higher than others, but they get the job done right, so I think they're a much better deal in the end. We'll definitely hire them again next year. One tip: I think they prefer to remove trees during the winter, maybe because the ground is frozen plus they're less busy with other jobs. They had a 10% winter discount this year. So if you're scheduling something for winter, that might be worth asking about.
