Not good. This place was highly recommended by NAPA in Draffenville so some people must have good…read moreexperiences here. Back in 2011 my trans failed while visiting family in Benton. Had 180k mi. at the time, not too bad for a 700R. They rebuilt it, and from the moment I drove off with it (living in Clarksville, TN), it shook terribly between 45-55 otherwise was OK. Brought it back a few weeks later to have them fix the problem, returned it to me without doing anything but driving it around and said it was the u-joints. I thought it was odd coincidence that they'd go out at that same time. The warranty on the trans was out by the time I replaced them - they still looked new and the roaring vibration was still there. OD went out at about 190k miles, then 3rd gear went out at about 200k, still drove it occasionally for short in-town trips. Obviously not my primary vehicle. Finally had it rebuilt again last week at 206k, service tech said there was one gear, terribly worn, that should've been replaced on the last rebuild that obviously was overlooked.

I was told by…read moreLucky's that would have to remove the dash because that is where they determine the vehicle had a leak after keeping the vehicle for over 2 weeks. They charged me over $1200.00. Brought the vehicle back to them due to the same recurring issue. Kept the vehicle another 2 weeks and charged me a other $16.00. The vehicle had the same recurring AC problem. I informed them after not being able to repair my vehicle maybe they should refund my monies and i would take it somewhere else. Al the guy running the office told me that wasn't an option. I then informed him maybe we should go to small claims court he then told me do what you need to do. This all happened late 2023 and early 2024.
