We were surprised to see American Southern-style chicken and waffles on the menu, and we both ordered it. It was fantastic! So much so that I asked to speak to the chef. I wanted to thank him and find out how he learned how to cook this dish. Well, it turns out he's from South Carolina (if I remember correctly, it might've been another southern state).
