I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! I also learned I could just drop off and leave the rental car here when the work was completed on my car and was picked up. I had a call from Justin in the shop the next day with a progress update. All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here.

After having it a week and…read morehaving my original estimate jump an additional $600, I went to pick it up today and found black grease marks smeared all across the headliner where the sunroof opens and closes, my head rest was completely covered with this black stuff. They tried cleaning it but it still didn't all come off. I wasn't happy but I drove away and tried opening my passenger window, didn't work, 2 back windows wouldn't open either. I drove it back over and asked why my windows didn't work. One of their employees said they had nothing to do with it, that switches go bad. I asked why it would have gone bad since my leaving it with them, to which he replied, What can you expect from such an old car? Wow, I didn't know they were car snobs on top of being careless with my interior. If you are a woman and drive an older model car, I would just about bet you will get the same ***** treatment. You couldn't pay me to go back there. I can stay home and be treated like crap. Why should I pay for the privilege?
