I selected this business based on reviews online recently. The other drivers insurance paid for…read moremy repair and the process to schedule the work was very simple. I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! I also learned I could just drop off and leave the rental car here when the work was completed on my car and was picked up. I had a call from Justin in the shop the next day with a progress update. All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here.

October 24th you picked my car up with me explaining the circumstances as well as one could do. I explained everything as detailed as I could. Not once did you mention that you had customers lined up and it would be over 2 weeks out. I showed you the engine when you picked up payment and also explained I am waiting on a transmission and I would need it back quickly. I was quoted a week. I left you alone and let you work. I followed back up based off what you said, and you explained you need it longer and you had others in front of me as well as working another job. This was explained after you had my car at your location I have a shop that can back me up on this and explain that this car was not heavily rusted at all. The only thing that we needed to paint was the engine bay nothing more. I tried to stay in contact with you along the way because I explained I needed to get this engine installed so that if there is a problem, it's under warranty and it does not expire. This job lasted 2 weeks and the towing was supposed to be included. You never told me that you did not have a trailer to haul vehicles. I did not find this out until the day of when you said it was supposed to be complete that you could not get a trailer. Then, you rushed with my car, don't worry I'll post the pictures of the engine bay and the communication that we had via text. The way that you treated me was unfair and completely unprofessional and I am so embarrassed that I gave you any work. I hope this gives warning to anyone that reads this.
