Jason has been so communicative every step of the way with both me and the adjuster. It has been such an easy and seamless process of getting my car fixed, and he also made sure that I was able to get a rental car covered by the driver's insurance the same day as dropping my car off. The Enterprise is located right next door to the shop (so it was super convenient and I didn't have to worry about getting a ride somewhere else to get the rental). I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! I also learned I could just drop off and leave the rental car here when the work was completed on my car and was picked up. I had a call from Justin in the shop the next day with a progress update. All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here.

Ade, the owner of this "business" is extremely unethical and dishonest. I had a deep scratch in the center of the hood of my car and also a smaller scratch on my left rare door, which he said the entire hood and the door will need to be repainted and quoted me $450 and $400. Instead, what I got was a touched up, scratch on both panels and clearcoat overspray that left the hood and the door looking even worse than with just the two scratches. So I questioned the quality of this paint job and he told me his technician can buff out the clearcoat defects if I bring the car back on the next business day, and asked for full payment of the job which was poorly done and incomplete. I refuse to give him full payment and instead paid him $500 and I came back the next business day to have his technician buff out the clearcoat defects. But after his technician attempted for over an hour to buff out the defects, he told me the entire hood needs to be repainted as that's the only way to fix it. Since I had no further confidence that this paint shop could actually do a quality job. I left and demanded my money back which Ade, the owner refused. So now I am stuck with a hood and a door that is in worst condition with clear coat defects and overspray on neighboring panels, which I now have to get fixed. Stay away from this business and go to a trustworthy, quality paint shop.
