We live off grid in the backwoods of Aptos, and a majority of the road here is partially unpaved and often in need of repair. These guys were DEFINITELY super heroes in my eyes when even though they found this out about our lifestyle, they were willing to meet me in town to see how to get here to be able to provide us with their wonderful services. Google maps often gets folks lost in the mountains to get here. Gina gave me a diapering demo on a teddy bear in our partially put together yurt because we were in the middle of getting set up, and her wonderful husband never once complained about all the mud he kicked up on his car coming here during the rainy months in the redwoods. I am a first-time mom and really wanted to try cloth diapering. Gina is fantastic and the diaper service is absolutely wonderful! Once a week we put out the used diaper inserts and we get a bag of fresh ones. One week we needed more half way through, and she delivered a supplemental bag for $5. It is so convenient, and I feel better about not producing so much waste from disposables. I would estimate it's about the same and cost too. I definitely recommend Gina! read more

I really enjoyed this service for 8 months and the only reason we stopped using it was because we decided to move from Salinas to Southern California. This service makes cloth diapering so easy, they provide the clean diapers, provide the diaper pale, and they pick up the dirty diapers once a week. This diaper service is amazing! We were able to use prefolds and cloth diaper our baby without any problems! The prefolds come each week and we leave a dirty bag out for pick up. You get a choice of sizes, and number of diapers. It was very affordable, and Gina (who is local to our area) is amazing, easy to get ahold of. I would text her if we needed more and she would drop them off as soon as the next day! We used flip covers and didn't need a snappi, it was great! HIGHLY recommend, and wish more moms knew about this in our area :) read more

I love Hey Diddle Diddle and Gina! Gina is so sweet and supportive. When my baby (my first) was just a newborn she came over to show me how to use cloth diapers. The prices are reasonable, and better yet, she will prorate if you are out of town or need just pick up or delivery in a given week or if you cut down to fewer diapers (e.g. while potty training). It's so convenient with pickup and dropoff at the door, that I didn't really find it any harder than using disposables. When I did have a problem with leaks at naptime, Gina came up with a solution and threw in extra small size diapers for free to add extra absorbency. I feel really good that I was able to cloth diaper my baby for 2.5 years, as I feel the cloth is better for baby's skin than the chemicals in disposables and better for the environment, and I couldn't have done it without Gina! read more

Too bad because I really liked their service until I had to cancel after 8 months. Service is great as long as you pay up front. When you cancel however, after your babies are done w/cloth diapers, this company does not give refund they owe you and will avoid your calls and emails. Therefore dishonest. However, they are the only cloth company in the area. Fyi, cloth is just as bad on the environment because of water, bleach, and electricity used to clean them. So go with the paper diapers. It's so much easier and better for your sanity, especially when caring for multiples. Husbands also prefer the paper diapers. It's the better choice after looking back on the whole experience. read more
