    Plastic on meat.

*DO NOT COME HERE. PLASTIC FOUND ON MEAT.* I frequent this area for work as a solo traveler. I decided to deviate from Mr. Shabu and support locally.... Big mistake. If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon arrival, host was on her phone. Did not notice I walked in. I had to say hello for her to notice me. The restaurant was nearly empty during dinner time, which is slightly alarming. I was sat in the corner and the smell inside was unpleasant. Almost like a wet dog. I come from California, the land of many hot pot places. I enjoy a Herbal broth and when I went to order the waitress asked, "Are you sure?" Automatically, I was confused. I then settled for the mushroom due to previous reviews. The broth was extremely underwhelming. Bland food, not many options, and unsanitary practices. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and neither should you. You are better off making the drive to Mr. Shabu. It's hard to mess up hot pot, yet they managed to.

This place was amazing. The waiter Melisa was the best waiters I have ever had. She was great with the kids and gave them toys she paid for-make sure you ask for her if you go. The food was also great I got the mushroom soup and it was great. The ambiance was very modern and the tables were clean and had a marble look. Overall great restaurant.

Some choices at the self service bar.

I have been here twice so far and the food is amazingly fresh and delicious. I didn't mind the price per person do to the exceptional service and range of available items to cook in you broth right at your table. The staff is always available to help or answer questions on how everything works. I highly recommend

Great food and great service! I have not been to many hot pot restaurants, so I don't have much to compare to, but I don't think you could go to any place better! I will be coming back again soon and bringing others with me. It looks like a great place to share a table with many people. Overall, I can not recommend this restaurant more!

Went to all you can eat Hot Pot at Hey! Hot Pot in Ogden. It was a fun meal and way more then we could eat. Everything was fresh and service was excellent. We all tried different things and no complaints other then it being a lot of food. We had 3 people reach with their own hot pot. The other option is a giant family style hot pot that still allows two different soup bases. The "salad bar" has all sorts of things to add to your soup including a nice variety of seafood, some veggies and some noodles. There's also a number of sauces and spices you can add. The order also included egg rolls and other appetizers that were tasty. There's a number of different soup bases to choose from and they'll refill as needed. There's also a large selection of meats to choose from. And you can get as many as you want. I'd recommend starting out with two different ones and see how it goes from there. It really is an experience and as delicious as the food is, it's just a fun way to have a meal. There is a 2 hour time limit but the service is fast so not an issue. They also serve Coke products.

My husband took me on a date to the Ogden location on Wall Ave. The restaurant was busy as it was after 5 pm on a Friday. We did not have to wait long, and we were seated and taken care of. Our server was Jen, and she was super attentive and did a great job. What really stood out above the great food and ambiance of the clean and fun atmosphere was the friendliness of the staff. Another server named BunnyLynn also stopped and checked on us as she was passing to her tables in another area of the restaurant. Everyone was busy, there was a line to the door when we left, but they all still took the time to make our dining experience seamless. We will definitely go back again and take other friends/family with us - Great Job Hot Pot Team!!!

Our first visit to Hey! Hot Ppt.

There was a surprising amount of options for the price as well such as wagyu, crab legs, and lamb meat.

It is about a two-hour trip on transit each way for me to get here, but since I had the day off, I wanted to make the journey specifically to visit this location and walk around the area. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I walked in right when they opened at 11:00 AM. Despite being one of only two tables in the entire, huge restaurant, the service was chaotic and aggressive. The staff was openly arguing and yelling at each other across the kitchen and floor because they couldn't remember what was on the specific ramen I ordered--which is wild considering the menu only has about 10 options. The food itself fell totally flat. They warned me the broth wasn't fully ready/hot when I ordered, but even when it arrived, it was lukewarm. It was steaming, but nowhere near the piping-hot temperature required for a good bowl of ramen. Worse, the spinach in the bowl was incredibly gritty, meaning the kitchen didn't even bother to wash it properly. To top it off, I was completely rushed out the door. I was asked if I needed a fork for my soup (which happens every time), and while I was actively eating with a quarter of my bowl still left, the waitress interrupted to ask if I wanted dessert. When I shook my head because my mouth was full, she just said she'd be right back and slapped the check on my table. It was barely 11:30 AM and the restaurant was empty--there was zero reason to push me out. Frankly, this was unacceptable. I'll probably stick exclusively to the Farmington location from now on, even though the service there isn't great either. At least the kitchen staff there doesn't treat paying customers to a live workplace argument.

After a quick morning flight to Ogden, UT to visit our besties, we found ourselves hungry and…read morecraving some Mexican. A quick Yelp search lead us to No Manches Way. THE LOCATION: This is where things got a little tricky. Street parking for No Manches Way is basically nonexistent. There is a small lot in the back through a narrow alley alongside the building. THE ATMOSPHERE: Eh... Awkward is a good way to sum it up. There's a tv with a DJ, in what looks like his parents basement, blasting club music. It was much louder than it needed to be for any restraint. Especially during the day. Aside from that, there were some neat murals on the walls and a variety of seating. THE EATS: Having caught wind of the birria craze back in Colorado, I was excited to see that they offered this here! Yay! So I eagerly ordered up a quesa birria (which is essentially a cheese quesadilla with a dipping au jus). My husband chose to nosh on a massive asada burrito, and our friend chose the street tacos. The meals definitely satisfied the craving and filled our tummies. THE DRINKS: Since they're across the street from a church and located in Utah, you will not find beer or liquor here. They do feature Mexican Coca Cola, Parrot juice drinks, among other things. I opted for a Pink Guava juice drink. It definitely paired perfectly with my meal. THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping by again next time we're in town and checking out more of the menu.
