Coors makes some of the most beautiful ceramic dishware for both your home and for commercial businesses. We have come here many times and always seemed to find something new that catches our eye. See the attached photos and see if one catches yours. Enjoy!

I'd never heard of this dinnerware factory before a friend asked if I'd like to go on a factory tour there. We've lived here almost 8 years and I didn't know this place existed! The company realizes a lot of Tucson doesn't know they are there and are trying to change that. They offer a working factory tour on Wednesdays for only $10/person. Our tour guide was very informative and we learned so much. We got to see the whole process, from mixing the clay, to creating pieces, to firing some pieces, to packaging orders. It was fascinating to see it all, and everyone was friendly, even if we were interrupting their work. They have a little store with some of their beautiful pieces, as well as a factory seconds area. The items they make are expensive, but their work is top notch, and each piece is handmade and unique. If you go on the tour, you get 10% off regularly priced items too!

Beautiful plates, bowls, cup and ornament

We found about HF Coors when dining out and saying how beautiful the plate was. I flipped it over and said they are local we have to visit. The store is small but has beautiful dinnerware, cups, and ornaments. We bought a couple items and will for sure be back to add to our collection. It is all made on sight so yes USA authentically made!!!!! Highly recommend!

I was looking for colorful, American-made dishes that were lead free and beautiful. Well, HF Coors provides all of the above and more. I am so pleased with my purchase. The dishes are outstanding quality and the colors are vibrant. I have been shopping on line these days and I just want to say thank you, thank you for delivering an outstanding product. I'll be ordering from you again!

Tune to take a behind the scenes tour!

HF Coors is definitely a Tucson hidden treasure. I have followed this company since they moved to Tucson. Their products are Made in the USA and many are hand painted by their skilled team. All their products are 100% lead free and you can use them in the freezer, microwave, broiler and the oven. Today I took one of their Tuesday tours. The cost is $10 per person and you receive 10% off any purchases made the day of the tour. Once you see what is involved in the production of each piece you will understand the pricing. Their pieces average 25 to 40 human touches from the beginning till the end of production. Each month they have first Saturday where you will discover bargains and seconds in the pottery yard. Their product is used by restaurants throughout America and by consumers.

Factory outlet day first Saturday of every month

Factory outlet day Saturday of every month. You can really find a lot of cool stuff normally not sold in their store or that is in their catalog. I will definitely be back next month.

I found several accent pieces that complemented the dishes I purchased there 13 years ago -- that look brand new.

If you're looking for tongs, they have more than 50 versions, but if you're looking for baking supplies you might as well go to Michaels. Also, staff seemed completely checked out. No one addressed me at any point in my visit, and when I did ask a question, they had no clue.

A month later (March) I contacted 'Ian' and was told that they had been backordered and would arrive in August. Last week I went to the store to get an update and was told by a clerk that the ranges didn't come with castors, and I explained that was not the deal and Ian had promised them, although on back-order. I made a second trip to Standard last week, and Ian was not there, so the warehouse manager told me he would give my name and phone to Ian on Monday. Today (Tuesday) I went to the store and was told that he would be out of the warehouse shortly. I waited more than 20 minutes no Ian. It has been obvious that he misled me initially about the castors and now has avoided me by phone and in person four times. The store appears to be in trouble with about 20% of its inventory missing, only about half of the products have pricing and the store is basically a mess and not clean. For those who want to look before they leap, at least compare pricing as I will at Economy Restaurant in Tucson or other competitors. Standard Restaurant Supply has less than standard customer service when they won't return calls or honor a stated 'deal'.

You may find something you didn't realize you needed before. They have practical items like glasses, dishes, silverware, napkins etc. also. I've owned them for approximately 3 to 4 years and on the tenant skillet the nonstick is peeling off. I have always use the proper tools with the skillet. I called the store to ask what I could do and they told me to throw the pan away there is no guarantee and they did not stand behind the pan. I purchased it from a high-end store thinking I would get a high-end product but very disappointed. They were no help to the situation whatsoever. If I were to buy pans again, I would buy them from Costco at least they stand behind what they sell. I would accept the warranty information except when they said to throw the pan away it seemed very uncaring that the store would even say that to a customer.
