My mom would often gift me items from this store and they were always so unique and cool so I thought I'd drop in to see what it was all about! Stepping in it smells so good! Possibly a mixture of their candles, incense and sprays for sale. It has a great layout with clearly marked pricing which is appreciated at a boutique like this. They offer seasonal items, self-care, Tucson centered gifts, some clothing and jewelry as well. It is very organized and clean. I purchased something and they take the time to "gift wrap" it in some tissue and a bag with a bow. Very thoughtful. The only thing I missed and maybe it was just that day... there was no music on. This place used to be called The Seasoned Woman. It's now called Sage and Bloom. I didn't want to take any pictures inside. It's a cute shop with a variety of nice items and a big selection, and different price ranges, but they are not very friendly. I felt awkward in there. I was in the store for about 7 minutes and not a "hello" or "welcome" was said. I think because of that, I didn't want to touch anything. There were maybe 5 other customers in the store. And as I was walking out I also didn't hear anyone say "thank you" or "have a nice day!" Or Happy Holidays!" Nothing. I used to like coming here when I worked close by and would stop in to shop for my coworkers. I don't remember the staff being unfriendly like today. read more

I stumbled on to this shop when parking for another store. I'm glad I went inside. There are a variety of things such as jewelry, glasses, socks, scarves, candles, food items and decorative objects. I especially liked the earrings options and bought a pair that I'm happy with. They were put into a nice little bag with tissue paper-would make for a nice gift package. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed at all. There is so much to see that you could walk around the store a couple of times and find something new. Have seen this place a few times after hours and it always seemed like it would be a nice establishment to browse. Well I finally happened to be nearby in the middle of the day so stopped in and I must say that I wasn't disappointed. There's a nice variety here and the women who were working on that day were very friendly and helpful. I am not a fan of being pestered so their 'I'm here if you need me' approach was perfection! The store itself is well stocked but not overcrowded. We left with many more treasures than we came in for and I'm happy with all of them. read more

Recently I was there and bought three different wind chimes for friends and a cute key hook for my daughter. They have a variety of items from clothing to glassware. They have yard decorations, wedding, Birthday, seasonal and others gift items. Prices are reasonable. I wandered into this little speciality store while I was out running errands. The shop is stocked with seasonal gifts, cards, Nic knacks, candles and other small gift items. The selection was a bit under whelming and on the over priced side. When I walked in there were three ladies at the counter, none of whom greeted me. If you are in a pinch to find a unique gift and in the area it may be worth a look. I'm sure their stock changes frequently. However, I would not go out of my way to visit this store. Shame on me for making assumptions based on a name. I assumed "The Seasoned Woman" was a clothing store for "mature" women. Such as myself. In other words, Bo-oooor-ing. Turns out, it is a lovely fairy garden -- leafy-green walls and purple ceiling -- with all kinds of crazy, wonderful stuff. Jewelry, books, candles, and, yes,clothing. You could spend an hour (at least) browsing. You'll find unique items you'd expect to find in a quaint store in Carmel (CA). Gift possibilities abound. I've walked past this place several times and finally stopped in to check it out because they always have interesting things outside on display. And what a gem! The name of the store makes it seem like it's for "older" women, but really this place has unique gift items for women of all ages. There were interesting coloring books, pretty planners, clothes, lovely jewelry, wind chimes, bead curtains, and just all kinds of fun things to look at and that would make interesting gifts. On top of that customer service was good! The prices were a bit on the higher side, but nothing crazy.
