    Elisa helped me out and was extremely kind, efficient, and patient with a Senior Client of Schwab!!…read more I had an unusual technical problem with my on line account (caused by my lack of technical knowhow). While my problem was not in her immediate area of responsibility, she listened and went to work. Elisa fixed the 1st issue (on line account suspended) and then contacted another expert within Schwab that helped to find the source of other issues that led to my suspension. If Elisa had not listened and gone the extra miles to help me, I would have been suspended again as soon as I drove back home to Denton, TX. Jared Herbert is also to be commended for being very responsive to a phone call and especially for having a very qualified staff that cares about their clients. If I was not retired, I would have offered a job to Elisa. Her talent, caring attitude, and common sense are rare. I expect Schwab recognizes her abilities and she has a bright future ahead of her.

    We had to replace our car on a trip we made to Dallas last week. We had planned on replacing the…read morecar later this year, but car problems en route made the transaction necessary earlier than planned. We located a replacement car on a Saturday and the dealership let us keep the new car as we would provide them payment from our account at Charles Schwab. On Monday, we went by Charles Schwab in Southlake to arrange the disbursement and met with our agent, Jake Bandy. Mr. Bandy called the dealership, acquired the wiring instructions, and facilitated the whole transaction. Mr. Bandy is a complete pro! He gave us copies of the wire and promised to contact us when it was complete. We returned to the dealership with the copies of the wire and the dealership gave us copies of all our car documents. Mr. Bandy called shortly thereafter and assured us the wire was sent. Everything is stress free when you deal with a great organization and Jake Bandy!
