We contracted Leo and his team to demolish and build a new deck in our yard last March/April. They did a nice job with our deck and were on time with timelines but then referred me to his associate (Jaime) to finish and seal the deck. I then hired Jaime separately on his referral and he came to seal our deck for $650, guaranteeing a 2 year warranty. This past winter we noticed water damage and wood discoloration and confirmed it was due to poor sealing. Fast forward to now (photos taken last week), I've been trying to reach Jaime to come back since still within warranty; but he has been completely unresponsive. As such, I reached back out to HH Fence and Leo to reach Jaime and said I'd look to them to resolve this as they recommended them but he said that they couldn't reach him either and wouldn't do anything since they don't do sealing. I'm very disappointed that nothing has been done to help make this right as unfortunately now as per the poor job the $10,000 deck I just replaced last year has already been compromised and Leo's team will not do anything to make it right. Hoping to be able to salvage this before it's too late with either a credit from HH or for them to contract and send out someone else to fix. read more

I commissioned HH Fence to install a full 100 meters Trex fence and Trex posts, with two gates. On a slope. Leo, the owner of HH Fence, is a great communicator. Both on email and text. He is very reachable, and helped me brainstorm a couple of things before we committed to the project. The quality of the work is excellent. There were a couple of areas in the hundred meter fence (which is a very long fence for SF), wrapping around the house, that needed some expert custom work. Leo was able to come up with quality solutions, and the overall functionality and look of the fence are perfect. The team left everything cleaner than they found it, on the premises. And the quality of the work is excellent. In terms of the cost, his quote was in the middle of the other quotes. He is one of the only professionals I saw, who had worked extensively with Trex.
