Stay away from this Law Firm. They claim to represent me when my insurance company has been in contact with me and they said that I was not being represented by them at all for a head on collision accident when the other driver was highly intoxicated and cause a tremendous amount of financial damage. On top Lorena is a bad representative for this law firm. I gave her a heads up that we needed to show up to court on a date they missed it. On top the chiropractor never put a hand on me had me lay on a machine and massaged my back with a machine and he's getting paid for basically nothing. Went to Laser MD that temporarily helped with the budged disc on my upper and lower back. On top the compensation I'm getting is nearly nothing for damages and the PTSD and bulged disc I have to live with. They claim they did work when my insurance company has down everything. I had to negotiate myself with the insurance to value my vehicle fairly as it's is a limited vehicle. On top of everything the other driver is getting off the hook because he "has not assets". What if I would have been killed ? My family would have not gotten anything ? Also they haven't even pursued the tow truck company that made additional damages to my vehicle all around and also on top the cause of accident was because the tow truck driver was in pursuit of the driver that collided with me. In California using a vehicle to pursuit someone is considered a weapon. Yet when I told everything to this law firm they are only compensate pennies. Once again STAY AWAY ! Bad business practice. Should be reported to state bar for malpractice. read more

This attorney represented me for an accident at the beginning of this year. The case was pretty simple. I was t-boned and the defendant admitted fault. In short, it was a slam--dunk win case. It was evident that the only goal this attorney and his handlers had was to make money. This attorney charged me $200.00 to locate the defendant insurance. I have never heard any attorney do such a thing. I asked another attorney handling my mother's accident case and she said she would never do that. Food for thought, too inquire if you have a similar situation as mine. Also, the email communication I received from this attorney's office was unprofessional. I live few miles from where the Sand Canyon Ca fire took place. Luckily the fire did not reach me but it did cause soot, ash and char to coat everything on the inside and outside of my house.
