I enjoyed my visit to Hi Tea. I got one of their newer fruit teas: the Honey Ginger Lemon Tea. I added Lychee Jelly for added sweetness, and I truly enjoyed it. You get a great amount for the price points offered. The staff is SO, SO, SO SWEET. I am looking forward to going back to try some of their boba teas. As for the overall space, it has an airy feel. It is very spacious as well. There is ample seating. It was not too busy when I went, so the service was pretty quick. They have this cool notes wall/art wall where you can leave a note or some mini artwork on a post-it. Very cool little concept. Hi Tea is a cute spot. Finally got around to trying them....kinda.... They're always closed by hr time I get out of work, so I had to be creative. I got pick up with DoorDash. I got the Uber Takoyaki and a Matcha Latte with oat milk. The latte was $7 and the Takoyaki was about $5. Great price! The latte was lovely! My mom recommended me this place and least to say I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The girls that serve and work behind the counter are the sweetest and super quick and friendly. The ambiance is also playing a huge part of it. They have fun games to play while you sit and along with a large wall of sticky notes where you can draw something. Now for the drinks and desserts. I went around the time they had the Sanrio collab. I tried to hello kitty and Kuromi dessert and both were super delicious. Also had a fruit boba tea with a Thai tea and it was super good. They also have such a wide variety of different items and even have a spot to buy some cute little trinkets like stickers and keychains along with a claw machine. The place was very cute and well decorated. I've seen the ice bears online and was excited to try it. We ordered one boba, passionfruit lemon with crystal boba, and a brown sugar shaved ice. There was only one staff member working so the boba was made quickly, but the shaved ice took a little longer. We forgot to mention we wanted the boba half sweet, but we were pleasantly surprised at the sweetness level. The shaved ice was very cute, but it could've used a little something extra, like condensed milk on top. It was also not very sweet, but I really enjoyed the novelty of the bear sinking into the ice as you ate. The ice was hard so there was a lot of spoon jabbing to get it to scoop well. It was topped with boba and spherical scoops of herbal jelly. Overall, it was a good time and I would love to go back and try more! read more

This was my first time trying milk tea and it wasn't as good as I expected it to be. Maybe I didn't choose the best flavor for a first-timer. I got the ube cream milk tea, and while it looked beautiful with those purple swirls, it didn't really taste like anything. They have a very diverse menu with lots of customization options though, so I'd like to go back and try something different. The menu prices were standard, my drink cost what I would've paid at any other bubble tea shop. In my opinion, what makes this place stand out is their gorgeous decoration and relaxed ambiance. They have a decorative grass wall with an LED smiley face, as well as cute cactuses and pillows all scattered around the seating area. My favorite part is the wall with fun sticky notes from previous customers though. The service is also great. I love Hi Tea and come here often as it's close to my house. They have a variety of drinks, mostly fruit teas but also a good number of milk teas. I've gotten a variety of fruit teas and enjoyed all of them. The Mango Orange is very refreshing. The staff is always nice. I love coming here because the ambience is always calm and not loudly blasting music like other boba places. They do play music but at a nice volume so I love coming here to study. The tables are of a decent size but only the spot nearest the wall has an outlet. The place is usually not busy though so it's not a problem most of the time. My friend and I ordered a variety of things: Ube Cream Milk Tea: popular item in reviews and on their menu so gave it a try. It tasted bland and not as creamy as I thought it would be. If you're looking for a heavy ube flavor this is not the drink. Chocolate Mousse Cake: the best out of the bunch. Tasted as expected for a chocolate mousse Taiyaki: was smaller than expected. Hardly had any filling compared to what we saw on Instagram. The cafe itself though is cute and clean. I like the way it was decorated -- makes a good study area. Cute bubble tea spot. We had the strawberry croffle which was such a delightful treat. Fluffy toasted croissant topped with strawberries and cream, so disappointed we only ordered one to share. We had the milk tea, ube cream, & strawberry rose. They were all very good except being that ube is like a sweet potato, it doesn't execute into a drink very well. I got the taro milk tea. It didn't take long to come out. The boba here is decent and the tea itself is good too! The interior decor is unique as well. There are small cacti surrounding the seating area, which is a neat decoration. I would like to see some special drinks other than ones you see at any other boba shops. The boba itself is a little hard but nothing that I'm complaining about, still edible haha the lavender slush tea is not my thing but heyyy! It's cool! This place is too adorable! I stopped in late one evening just looking for something for my sweet tooth and Hi Tea delivered! There are many boba tea options, which made my tween super excited. But they also have hot and iced coffee options, which made me super happy. I love that they have Vietnamese coffee on the menu, as well as other types to try. I had taro milk coffee and I loved it even without any added sweetener. We ordered a strawberry and cream egg puff, which is like a bubble waffle cone with ice cream and strawberries and I think sweetened condensed milk. Omg it was delicious. My friend raved about the croffle, which is a waffle made with croissant dough. The girls worked were super friendly even though it was close to Closing time and I'm sure they were ready to call it a night! Drinks were done really quickly. Inside is cute, cozy and clean. They also have a table on the side with cute things to buy like kpop idol stickers, anime stickers, and other cute trinkets.
