My last review was in 2021. And now, in 2025, it's still a 5 Star for me! I love Krave. In my humble opinion, somehow, Krave still sets a high bar for quality and focus with regard to their product. I love their boba. No wonder they've received an award for the best boba. The service is wonderful. If I ever have a question about the menu or ingredients, they answer patiently and in detail. I wanted to try it and it was available in the medium size. It was very flavorful and balanced in taste and I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to make the drinks for everyone there. There were about 5-6 drinks ahead of my order so it did take about 10 minutes to get the drink. My only recommendation is to offer all of your drinks in size Medium and Large. I've seen this tea shop a couple of times when visiting the antique mall in the same plaza. Either it was closed when I went to the antique mall or I had forgotten to stop for a drink. Back in September, I stopped by and picked up a drink when it first opened. You are able to adjust the sweetness and ice levels in your drink if you ask. I went with a milk tea that had 50% sweetness, less ice, and added boba pearls. I decided to try the regular boba this time and tried it with the Hojicha Milk Tea and the Butterfly Lychee Milk Tea with whole milk, both were very good! I think I prefer the black sugar boba and dairy-free milk options because I can taste the tea flavor more with dairy-free milk and the black sugar boba has a more complex dark caramel flavor and holds the warm temperature better, which I like with the cold milk tea. Finally made it in to check out Krave Tea in Winter Park after seeing their viral cheese coin waffles flood my IG feed! They're only $5 and it was sooo tasty... Also the best cheese pull I've ever had in my life, haha (see video). My husband & I shared one since we just wanted a little snack, but now I wish I got my own lol. The waffles do take about 10-15 minutes to prepare, but they're worth the wait! I've also been craving honeydew flavored things lately (random, I know) and I was happy to see they have a honeydew milk tea on the menu. I've been going to Krave Tea for years. It's a clean and cute little boba shop. My go to drink is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Brown Sugar Boba. I have a few favorites including the Hojicha Milk Tea, Butterly Pea Flower Tea, and the Lychee Green Tea. It always comes out so pretty. I seriously need to just try them all. The service is always friendly and the wait is short. I always stop in while running errands in that part of town. They've recently added a few extras like the boba candles and plushies.
