The Boba spot itself is pretty nice and well kept but I almost gave this place three stars. What saved it is my cousins Boba order, which was actually quite good! I have a picture of it, but I unfortunately don't remember the name of what he ordered (possibly Taro)? His was really good, so out of the kindness of his heart and me being a guest in Orlando he let me have his. Brown sugar is just not their strong suit. First of all, I want to say that the worker inside (thinking she might have been the owner?) was wonderful! She was super friendly and helpful, and was very attentive to everyone. I got the Thai Tea and it was very good! My boyfriend got an Iced Cafe Latte which he also really liked! There is a good selection of seating and this could be a great place to get some work done or meet up with friends. They also have a great selection of pastries that sounded delicious. 5 stars for a cute little boba spot nearby. We've visited a few times before. They also offer sweets and other menu items. We've only had the boba drinks. When we visited before we had thai tea with mini boba. I don't think I've ever had mini boba before, it was a little different. I don't think I prefer it over the traditional size. Today we tried the espresso black sugar tea with boba. It was so good, if you like brown sugar boba and you want caffeine this is a must! Located in an unassuming strip mall is Chilly Bubbles & Co. Inside is fairly minimalist but does have games on tables for quiet play and would be a nice quiet spot to work with a beverage! We have ordered take out a couple times and I usually get a fruit tea 50% sweet which is always perfectly refreshing with nice flavors! I have also tried their traditional Boba! I am not a boba expert but I really like their tea and their boba is nicely chewy! The service was very nice and we felt welcomed! read more

I love this place it's right up the street from my house!! They make everything in house! Not only did they sell sweet treats but they also make homemade pho and egg rolls the staff was so sweet!! They showed me everything that they offer and was okay about me asking questions and taking pictures! Was running errands in Maitland when I got hit with a boba craving- I'm visiting family from SoCal so it was kinda expected. I didn't want to drive down to Mills50 and deal with the traffic, and Yelp said this spot was close so I decided to give it a try. I was the only one in the store but it looked like a nice spot to hang out after grabbing a meal. There's an order kiosk along with a choice to order at the register. Menu is pretty good, with some specials along with the standard milk and fruit tea flavors. Didn't try the bubble waffles but they looked great. I got some kind of earl grey/black tea mix with normal milk, boba, and custard, with 25% sweetness. Took a bit to make but the person behind the counter mentioned that she was brewing the tea fresh which is a plus. The 25% sweetness was a mistake because there was unfortunately no flavor at all besides a bit of bitterness. Custard was plain as well. Boba was nice and sweet and the texture was great, but it was served hot so it made the ice in the drink melt- which made the whole thing watery. Maybe I'm spoiled by the California life, but this wasn't the win I thought it would be. Would probably make the drive to the Mills50 district and find a spot down there that's more popular. I would be willing to try again if I'm in the area and get a different drink, maybe one of their specials, but definitely wouldn't go out of my way. read more

I am so happy we discovered this cute little business recently. When it comes to boba tea I just feel like I have to try it all out. And so I was pleasantly surprised with their teas and especially the size you get and the flavor of the tea (it tasted very fresh) and there was a perfect balance of milk to tea. In addition I had a chance to speak with the owner and she was quite kind and spent some time chatting with us about upcoming plans for the location. I am excited that they will be doing a big focus on afternoon tea and she showed me pictures and it looks great. Central Florida could use more spots that serve a traditional afternoon tea. We definitely want to come back and try that for a little afternoon date but do keep in mind they prefer a 24 hour advance notice for that. I spent 2 hours on a Saturday morning enjoying my yin yang coffee ($6 for a small, $1 up charge for nondairy milk), getting some work done, and basically had the whole place to myself. The staff members were very friendly, greeted every customer, and asked me about my preferred sweetness level which I appreciated. However I noticed that they would suggest additional flavors or add ons, which cost $1-1.50 extra. I'm glad I noticed because I was about to get caramel flavoring and boba added to my drink for an extra $2.50, making it $10 for a small 12 oz coffee. The drink I ordered was decent and not sweet which I liked but had an overwhelming taste of the oat milk. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but on my way out I seen their sign asking for a review and given my lackluster recent encounter I just had to. I ordered a matcha boba Tea, Chai boba Tea, and an açaí bowl. Now this is gonna be a compliment sandwich I enjoyed the chai boba tea my sister's review on the matcha tea was that it was lacking sweetness had to add extra sweetness once I got home to her even after I asked them to make it sweet but I digress. My truest grievance was with the açaí bowl, refer to the attached pic below for context. But as far as taste goes if you've had one açaí bowl you've had them all not much changes with taste of açaí but more so the consistency of the açaí and the volume of fruits which brings me to another issue their bowls are plain only bananas strawberries and granola no additional fruit options. My third issue is that the damn açaí was frozen and again refer to image below for the portions it was honestly laughable if I didn't have a set of errands to run that day I would've returned the bowl and requested a refund because why use such a large bowl charge people 12$+ to give such a small amount. In my experience with açaí bowls is that they are usually filled to at least the midpoint of the bowl with açaí and fruits round out the top. Personally I Would not recommend for bowls but their teas are decent. read more

In 2019, my wife heard about this place and had always wanted to go. It so happened that we were in the area and stopped by to see what was up. It's a beautiful setting; inviting, I should say. Vastly different from the busy traffic you get from I-Drive. The kids were grumbling about dessert, so we quickly ordered a couple of their build-your-own Bubble Waffles. I can't render what we got the kids, but we ordered one that had sliced strawberries and bananas along with what looks like Nutella drizzled on top. From my picture you can see my kids devouring their waffle. It was gone in minutes. The taste: delicious. It hit the spot. First time at this location and the first time I had milk tea in years. We stopped by on a hot Saturday afternoon and did not have any issue finding the place. It's located in a small shopping plaza and there is plenty of parking. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the two employees. There was a menu with their offerings right when you enter and the pancake special on the front counter. The lady was very nice and patient with us while we were figuring out what we wanted. We ended up going with the strawberry milk tea, a plain black coffee milk tea with boba, and the bubble style pancake with a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream on top along with whip cream and a chocolate drizzle. Our total cost was $21 which was very reasonable given the quantity of food that you receive. Our drinks were ready in less than 5 minutes and we had those first while the pancake was getting ready. Our milk teas were excellent and had the right amount of sweetness in it. (They do ask you when you order how much sweetness you want - low, medium, and high). My strawberry milk tea almost tasted like a milkshake. It was refreshing to have on a hot day! The bubble pancake was really nice as well and paired well with the ice cream. It was topped with powdered sugar and we loved the overall taste. Probably the best pancake I've had in awhile! In terms of seating, there is a small seating area but I believe most people just do takeout. The ladies working were very sweet to explain anything I had questions with. You can adjust the "sweetness" to all of the drinks, she said because they use regular milk instead of the powder. So my understanding was the sweetness is changed from the amount of brown sugar added. I ended up getting "regular sweetness" for both drinks. I'm a bit confused that the pictures of the business aren't all super accurate. The inside is quite small and there's not really a good place to stand when you are waiting for your order if there's someone else behind you. But around the corner of the counter I found this cute book for people to write or do whatever in and I thought that was such a unique and fun thing to do. The drinks were not bad but not my favorite. The coconut milk tea was good but the boba were probably about half the size of what I'm use to from other places. I've had boba tea from NYC to Washington state and never have I had one this bad. The Thai tea made with almond milk was watery and practically tasteless. I ended up throwing it out. The mango popping boba tasted ok but are about half the size of what was expected. It's a cute place with pleasant staff but that can't make up for bad boba tea. read more
