I have unfortunately have to come here more than once. The first time was for my Corolla that was assaulted by a rouge trashcan in the roads. The entire right, rear view mirror just dangled off. This was a way easier fix than my next one but regardless I took it to Miami Chassis. I didnt want to go through insurance so paid out of pocket and they hooked me up with a cheap rental to get me through the repair. The car was fixed pretty fast and I was on my way. Second time, I upgraded in my life to a Lexus. The pro of this was that it was beautiful and fast and sexy and I loved it. The con was that this car was a TARGET for hit and runs. This beauty was hit mercilessly while parked. Back to Miami Chassis I went.. not once but twice. Unfortunately, my pockets weren't deep enough to not go through the insurance company this time around but they handled it. They took care of the claim through Geico, the payment info and the rental BOTH times. My car was pretty beat, bumper, side door.. you name it, it had to be replaced. The car was also a lease so you have to make sure that gets done right otherwise you pay out of your butt hole. The car was returned with no issues and both times I barely paid out of pocket besides the deductible. My insurance though was another story. read more

Super shady and worst alignment I've ever gotten! I took my Tacoma in for an alignment after redoing all my front suspension and right off the bat the guy at the front desk and the technician have an attitude. So I drop my car off they do the alignment and try saying my tie rods are bad when their brand new and their going to do the best alignment they can. Then they do the alignment as a xtra cab Tacoma mines a pre runner and leave the caster in the red, and set the toe purposely out of limits to make it seem like I need tie rods but then put on the paper they adjusted everything in the green lying putting fake numbers. So I get it re done at a firestone and see the real numbers they put my suspension at and got it done correctly at Firestone. So basically just a super shady, overpriced, and Terrible customer service, and service overall never go here!!! read more

I took my 2002 Jaguar XType because chassis, floor and suspension were rusted out pretty bad. No other shop wanted to remove,replace, and repair and weld problems. Stay Away !!!!! This man Less, is either getting old. Or he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. I'm an automotive mechanic myself. Less, has helped me out a few times in the past. I don't know if he didn't remember who I was. Or he didn't believe me. I took him my Honda Accord because I got in to an accident. My Cousin that owns a frame shop and redid the front end. Replacing the radiator support and straightening the subframe a little. A shop I took it too was unable to align it. Partly due to a bent Wheel hub that I found in the rear that was affecting the front angles. I went ahead and replaced it myself. If you ever go to an Alignment class. One of the first things you learn is if the rear of the vehicle is not straight the front will never will be. So I took it to him to get it checked. Just to be on the safe side. Less , puts the vehicle on the front end rack. Or Alignment machine. And comes and tells me that I need a Spindle. And says. Do you know how much a Spindle is ??? I was confused at first because I have been out of the automotive field for a while and working with equipment at the airport. When I remembered about Alignments and everything. I realized he was trying to sell me in to replacing the right front Spindle on my Accord for no reason. Right after I literally told him " I'm a Mechanic myself ". The right front camber is off by 0.2. Technically it's still in specs. But just because it's green doesn't mean it's still good. I remember from all my years at working at Lexus and Good Year Automotive. All you do loosen the top Bolt on Spindle. And move it. Because it gives you some play to correct the camber. If you need to correct it more. You can try using a Camber bolt. It's basically a bolt that's thinner for camber correction. And if that still doesn't work. Then you might indeed have something bent. Light a Bent spindle or front hub. Which it does happen. Or a bent Strut. Anything that has to do with money. The police ‍do not get involved. Because it's a Civil matter. This is true. Now if it's a person with a Disability for an example a neurological disorder. Dishonesty cheating them out of Money. In the state of Florida' it's a crime. I'm a highly functional Autistic person with ADHD. I personally know people that do business with this man. I will make sure they know of my experience. Apparently he's more OFF than myself. ‍ Please be careful with this man. He's dishonest !!! If I was the owner. I would refund the customer he's money. let me start this off by saying don't go here. I came in for an alignment on my Mercedes C-300 . I had been referred to come here by other places. I've had to come in 3 times to get them to re do it and to get them to do it right. Each time that I've come my car has been more and more off alignment. The owner of this place even drove my car and the whole time my car was pulling to the right and the whole time he was pulling it for it to go straight when it wasn't. My front end and had a terrible rattling sound I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. It was the front shocks. So I had shocks, inner front tie rod ends boots replaced and alignment. The car was promised in two days but it was actually finished and a half a day. Storefront is a little hard to find but that was my only complaint. The next time I have a choice, I will make sure I never get any car worked on here. I trusted this repair shop fix my 2016 Mazda3 after an accident, and they completely disappointed me. I don't understand why Ocean Mazda would send their collision vehicles here, so let me explain why I feel this way. My car was crashed in November. The damage was valued at around $13,000. Obviously, it was a lot of work. The insurance company deemed it was repairable because, obviously, they will give you a rebuilt car if it means they'll save a few cents. But that's another story for another time. By the ends of December 2016, my car was delivered to Miami Chassis for repair. Would you like to know when I got the car back? I got the car back in April. More than FOUR months after it was delivered. FOUR months of paying for a rental car out of my own pocket. Now, I would have waited the four months and not left a one star review at the end, because I know it was a significant amount of damage that had to be fixed. But the reason I'm leaving an extremely negative review is from how atrocious the customer service is here and how unprofessional they left the car. I was calling nearly every week to find out the progress of my car. If not, I would visit to see how it was coming along. Every time I would speak to the manager about my car, he would tell me the same thing: "One more week, one more week." After that week would pass, I would ask him again how's the car coming along. And he would inevitably say the same thing. There was a always a problem. A leak here, a missing part there, another "broken" part that they hadn't found. So this story went on for four months. Finally, it was time to pick up my car, and I was obviously excited. I mean, it had been a quarter of a year since I drove my car! After the amount of time that had passed and false hope they had given me, you would think that the accountants in the office would be nicer through the final transaction. The answer is, no. They were not nice, nor friendly, nor courteous. But in the end, I came to pick up the car, not be friendly with them. So I won't be discussing that. When I finally get the keys to the car and go to the lot to take it, you would think that after FOUR months, they would have left it perfect. Especially from a shop that fixes very expensive cars. But, unbelievably, they left my car with a multitude of problems. Uninstalled wheel locks, uncharged A/C, broken rear view mirror, detached steering column cover... and a broken fuel gasket that was leaking fuel from the engine. Seriously? Talk about a fire hazard. And my hat goes off to the quality assurance department. Long story short, this is an absolutely terrible shop. I expected them to be more professional with my car, and they fell completely flat. I will never do business with this company again. I was extremely disappointed with the result of my car. And I would suggest to ANYONE to look for other options before bringing your car here. read more

Older mechanic gentleman I dealt with seem very knowledgeable, so are the other staff members, but customer service is among the worst I had seen, it was easy to see that they treat people base on how much money they are going spend. The horrible customer service starts the moment you walk in the office and meet the young lady, she was very unprofessional, appeared frustrated, confused and seem to blame customers for being overwhelmed by the small work load the has. A major component of my interior was damaged while at the shop, which they took no responsibility for and refused to fix. This place is waste of money.Went there for camber alignment on my Mercedes E 63 AMG.I was charged 340 $ for it.After picked up my car I noticed that the right side of the car was staying almost an inch higher than the other which was so obvious.when I came back they said that this is something wrong with my airmatic and has nothing to do with the alignment and the job they are done , they refused to fix it....They messed up my car..... ,what an unprofessional staff ,and on the top of that their customer service its so rude the lady that is in the office don't even pay attention if you are not going to spend thousands as someone in the other reviews is saying.Now I have to pay a lot for calibration and fault airmatic sensors because of them.The only thing they are good is putting big rims on expensive vehicles.stay away read more
