The staff was nice and only took me a second to get attended to. Then I realized the tools are not properly sanitized or cleaned. The nail clippers were rusty and had a wad of left over glue from previous customers. I got a fill that you see the previous nail line as well as red dust from grinding my old nail polish in the gel of my new nails. Little hairs in the nail polish as well. I have been going to Ellen since they opened 3 years ago and she always does a good job!

After driving around trying to find a nail salon that was open on Monday, 4 stops later we accidentally ran into this place. To our surprise there was no wait, the staff was super friendly & the gal did a great job on my toes. (Didn't catch her name) I gave it 4 stars due to my sisters toes were still tacky 2 hours later, also restroom and back areas could use a paint job. read more

This salon was by far the WORST salon I have ever been to! If I could give it a zero rating I would. I figured I would give them a try. That was my first mistake. I went in for a manicure. The lady doing my nails, started doing them without taking off my clear nail polish. I told her she needs to take it off, she said she would after filing them. Then instead of trimming my nails as I asked, she cut them really short. Last but not least, she then asked me if I want her to file the sides of my nails??? Really lady, that is part of a manicure!! I do not recommend this place to anyone at all!! read more

My wife and walked in after calling ahead and were told it would be just a few moments. No problem. A few moments later three girls walked in and we're told it would be just a few minutes. Sam the owner insisted all newcomers should come in and wait. I started to wonder how many employees he had hidden away in the back. Not a few moments later in walked yet another customer. And yes, she was told it would only be a few minutes. Right about this time an employee sat me at a station where I sat alone for ten minutes or more before my wife came and got me. Apparently, they sat the last girl to come in ahead of everyone. That is all it took for the other three girls and my wife to say we're outta here. So I guess Sam wasn't lying to the last girl, it was only a few minutes. Advise for Sam; be honest. We would have gone shopping for a bit and come back. Sam and his employees could be great at what they do, but my wife and I will never know. read more

Subpar at best. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Be warned.

Last week my wife went and got her nails done at a place here in Bullhead city AZ the place is called HI tech Nails next to safeway, when she went there they disclosed that it would cost her 15 dollars to have them sanded and filled, so she went, after she got done with sanding filling and painting the person who did her nails and rang her up told her ok alltogether 20 dollars, to her and to anyone with a fucking brain that means the total, but apparently in china alltogether means there is a hidden 15 dollar fee that he did NOT! disclose to my wife or even said anything remotely close to the fact that the total was in fact 35 dollars and that is exactly what they charged to our bank, when we found out she called and he told her the exact conversation she told him they had only he changed his words and said that he told her that it was 35, then he told her he couldnt confirm it was her and couldnt trust her over the phone and needed her to come in so they could discuss this and prove that she got her nails done there, so not only did he basically stole 15 dollars from us, but then he accused my wife of being a Liar! learn how to speak proper english and properly communicate essential information to people when working with the public so this shit doesnt happen, to say that alltogether 20 dollars and then charge us 35 thats not ok no matter what you cannot tell someone that you are only charging their card, and then charge more to the card without telling them you are doing so and then to accuse my wife of being the liar, HI tech Nails is a piece of shit place tell everyone you know not to get your nails done there ever!!!!! read more
