Between parking fees, gas, tolls, and the concern of leaving our car for that long, hiring a car service seemed like the smart choice. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up. At our scheduled pickup time, I called and initially reached voicemail. After leaving a message and waiting a few minutes, I called again. This time someone answered and simply said, "we screwed up--do you have another way to get to the airport?" We had no choice but to drive ourselves. While we were away, the company emailed offering a complimentary ride home. However, this was not helpful since our car was already at the airport. As a result, we ended up paying about $150 more in parking alone than we would have for the original round-trip service--on top of gas and tolls. Overall, this experience showed a lack of reliability and accountability. I would not recommend this car service.
