They did what appeared to be a good enough job (although the attendant couldn't drive my manual and they finally got a different attendant after they stalled it half a dozen times while I watched in horror). Fast forward 2 years. I happened to be sitting on the ground and could see under my car and noticed one of the tires tread patterns didn't match the others. Upon further inspection, they had installed one of my tires backwards. I had done 10k on the tire at that point. I took the car back and was waited upon by a very unkempt dismissive and rude individual. He not once apologized. He made it sound like it was my fault and how could I not notice for 2 years and that they were doing me a favor fixing it. The tech that did the swap was equally sketchy and rude to my face. They scratched my rim in the process. I've used this business half a dozen times dating back to late 90's. The place is sketchy, deteriorating and I recommend everyone go elsewhere. From the get-go, 'Austin', the store manager, could not have been more rude , dismissive and unprofessional. The biggest issue was that 'Austin'staff never informed us that their 'tire balancer' was broken and 'Austin' had to go to another store. Instead, we were left waiting for nearly two hours with no clear explanation or updates. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating and showed little respect for customers' time. Since my husband got notified of his order-in after Taylor Rental had closed for the weekend, I wasn't able to call them until first thing Monday morning to explain the situation that we were in. I was home alone with a 1-year-old that day, with no truck or trailer to get the tables and chairs back by myself. I explained this to the management and said that my husband could bring them back first thing Tuesday morning. Instead of being understanding, they chose to charge us $54 (half of the total rental price) for bringing the items back just 12 hours late, due to circumstances completely out of our control. If it had been a weekend day, I'd be more understating as a customer, but it was a Tuesday. They did not need those items. This was just a quick & easy way for them to make $50. They said this is "policy". I work in government contracting, and there is always an exception to any policy- It's called humanity and Taylor Rental does not have any. As a loyal customer for 2 years, I won't be going back. There are so many rental options out there nowadays- Save your money and go somewhere with better and nicer management.

The vehicle was brought in solely to address a washer line issue. No authorization was given for additional repairs or labor beyond inspecting and fixing the windshield washer system. Despite this, your shop completed other work and refused to release my vehicle until I paid the full amount. This is a direct violation of New Hampshire RSA 358-A:2 and related automotive repair disclosure laws, which require customer authorization prior to performing repairs. As stated in your website: Trust, Service, and Satisfaction--Guaranteed. I believe your website also boasts the mantra "EVERY JOB IS PERSONAL". Well, this 'guarantee' and 'personal work' did not occur and in order to stay true to your motto, I am seeking a refund for work that was never requested or disclosed before a bill was provided to me. Then, when I refuse to pay, I was told I would need to or the car would not be released to me and I was to reach out to management--but, they were all on vacation which left me in rather challenging place as I need a vehicle. This was highly unprofessional and saddenening.
