When we raised concerns about our grass not growing properly, there was little to no guidance or transparency on how to improve its condition. Due to these ongoing issues, we will not be using Regan's services again, as reliability and communication are essential to us. On a positive note, we have since worked with Alex at Only Yards, and the difference has been exceptional. Their team is dependable, consistently arrives as scheduled, and demonstrates a genuine commitment to both customer service and the overall health and maintenance of our yard.

Jeromie & his assistant did a very neat and professional job in cutting down 3 of our 30Ft tall palm trees (casualties of the CRBs) in our very tight backyard space. They carefully calculated the space and angle of the drop to avoid any damage to our roofline and the adjacent neighbors' tile walls, fences, roofline's & foliage.
