I have the rewards program, but if you're doing delivery and don't order here often its cheaper to go thru Uber Eats based on fees, at least in my experience. There's been a couple occasions where a few items are missing from the "create your own bowls" I've ordered but nothing major. Uber Eats has gotten sooo much better about refunding for little things like that, so it hasn't been an issue. They do charge by add-on if it's a premium item so you just need to pay attention if you didn't order it in person. I do understand they could be busy and just miss an item or two or ran out of certain ingredients also. I feel like the quality and consistency is better here than Chipotle or Gusto (at least the one I tried). I haven't tried all the other salad/bowl places nearby yet, but I do enjoy the freshness of the ingredients and options here. Their green goddess ranch is good (I haven't liked it at other places). I like their mushroom mix as well, probably even more than their steak. Their rosemary focaccia is a nice compliment to the bowls as well. I haven't had any bad items here so far. The portions are generous, which is not always the case with every salad place. I look forward to trying more things.

If you're looking for something healthy that still feels indulgent without the guilt, this is the spot. We love coming here after a workout or honestly anytime we want a wholesome, flavorful meal. The bowl options looked fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a quick but satisfying meal. We arrived around 11:45 a.m., just before the lunch rush. I ordered the barbecue chicken bowl with black rice. Overall, my bowl was pretty good. The portions were solid, the ingredients tasted fresh, and it was filling without feeling heavy. My coworkers ordered the Greek bowl and what I believe was a teriyaki style bowl. The only strong feedback we had was regarding the seasoning on the Greek bowl. I noticed the seasoning appeared to be sprinkled on top of the chicken after the bowl was assembled. I think if the chicken were tossed in the seasoning beforehand, it would create a more impactful flavor throughout. As it was, my coworker felt the bowl leaned slightly bland because the seasoning did not fully incorporate. What truly stood out to me was the customer service. I believe the owner came in while we were there, and he was incredibly pleasant and hands on. As the lunch crowd grew, it was clear he remembered returning customers and even their usual orders. That level of attentiveness makes a difference. I would definitely return to try more menu options. Next time, I may ask for extra sauce or seasoning to give the bowl a stronger flavor boost. Overall, it is a great lunch spot with solid bowl options in Sandy Springs

Additionally, I purchased the Kale Caesar salad as I've been on a long hunt for an all-Kale Caesar salad. Thankfully, social media led me to try this place. The customer service was excellent. She was attentive, patient, and made me feel very welcomed (felt like a hug). This vendor is located inside of Politan Row at Colony Square, so the ambiance was lively but not too loud for a Sunday. Can't wait to return! I'll take more food pics next time...ya girl was hungry LOL!

You place your order at the register and when your food is ready they call your name out. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad sandwich, the bread pudding and my friend ordered the tuna melt . The food came out fresh and did not take a long time to be prepared. I enjoyed every bite of my sandwich. It was flavorful and the portion size was great. Essentially you can eat 1/2 of the sandwich and save the other half for a second meal. Now the bread pudding was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, I would not recommend. My friend enjoyed her tuna melt, the only feedback she had was that the press did not allow for the inside of the sandwich to be warm. She thought the entire sandwich would be warm. I will be back for the chicken Caesar salad sandwich for sure !!

There is ample parking available, and the dining area itself is large, clean, and offers plenty of seating. A nice bonus is that they offer an Emory student discount, which is a fantastic perk for the area. My usual Santa Fe salad was fresh and delicious as always. My only critique--and this is something I've noticed across all the Chopt locations in this area, including this one--is that the drink station could definitely be kept cleaner basically just tightening up the maintenance in that specific area.

Upon entering the restaurant, it smelled good, was well lit, and was clean, which is always a good thing. The establishment was welcoming and I was greeted politely with smiles, which was very welcoming. The restaurant employee immediately asked me if I need help with the menu if it was my first time, etc., I'm told her that I have never eaten there. She walked me through the different options and gave recommendations. She even asked me if I was allergic to anything. Which shockingly I am red onions. After I ordered what I wanted, she took her time to make sure that there was no cross contamination, and that I was gonna be happy with my order. Price wasn't too bad as I purchased two salads for $32. My only complaint is if this is a salad bar they need to give you more options to put on your salad without having to continuously pay for up charges. That's the only reason for a four star because of what I'm used to paying is the same and I get different options.

Our server was Robin. He was pleasant and had really good service. He told us to relax and not worry about the restaurant closing. That made us feel better. Maya and Robin told us to come back for brunch so we did. The food during during was amazing. We got the ahi tuna tacos and the edamame and shared the burger and the salad. Everything was colorful and full of flavor. There isn't one item that left us disappointed. For brunch we came back and had the tuna tacos again. My husband loved them so much he ordered them two more times. We also had the bao Benedict and the tuna toast, which came recommended by Maya. All amazing. Also try the fruit salad and the nachos! For drinks we had the cold brew martini and the Caribbean Coffee made by Jess who was also very kind. I told my husband that the good, colorful food combined with the ambience and amazing service made me feel like I was on a vacation. I love this place and have added to one of my favorites. Cheers!
