Kevin- I believe that his name (short old guy with glasses). Is rude, disrespectful and has no customer service ability whatsoever AND had NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING.! I went in to get my tire patched yesterday about 15 minutes into that. He tells me my battery is testing bad. I told him my mother-in-law's an ICU in Tulsa and I can't afford to have my truck leave me stranded. So if the battery is really that bad, then go ahead and replace it. He replaces it ($279.00). I drive straight to Tulsa to see my mother-in-law and park at the hotel. Wake up the next day car will not start. Battery is dead.!! He proceeds to tell me that it's not his fault, that batteries die all the time (not in 24 hrs old) and they get bad batteries all the time and says that I need to calm down. ("My mother-in-law is in ICU and the only reason I got it was because of his recommendation")! And now I'm stuck I can't see my mother-in-law because of his poor judgment and lack of ability to do the right thing and perform a simple task of installing a new battery! I'll never go back again and if I do, it's only just to look Kevin in the face or whoever that guy is with the glasses and tell him to time he made me miss with my family member. Best service I've ever received at an auto shop! We bought a tire the week before there. On Monday, we had a nail in our tire as we were leaving for vacation. Hibdon got us in and out in 15 minutes with a shop full of people. I'll be back next week to buy more tires! Great service! read more

I had a wonderful experience in November at this Hibdon Tires location. I thought I had a nail in my tire; however, I did not. Francisco assisted me and even replaced some of my missing tire valve covers for no fee. Wonderful service, if I ever need tires replaced I will specifically go to this location because the manager Francisco was so helpful here! read more

I had an appointment for 1 PM for a car alignment and my car wasn't taken back until 1:45 PM. If they would have been honest and upfront I could have ran and done another errand and brought car back later (I arrived about 12:55 PM), but they said it would only take an hour to an hour and half for the service to get done and me be out of there. Was very disappointed that the customer service was not honest about getting my car back to get alignment. They were very vague when I asked how long it take for the alignment. They knew they were behind and didn't say anything to me upfront. I would have gladly ran and done my other errand and brought it back 45 minutes later. If I am given an appointment I would expect them to be upfront when I got there and say hey we're running behind today. Instead they were deceptive saying it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to get me out of there. I would work on customer service. (While there, another couple had an issue with a tire and they refused service to them.) My car was finished at 3:10 PM and they didn't even have the printout for my alignment. Had to put car back on the machine after pulling it up front to get the printout. There definitely needs to be some better management at this location. They also told me there was a parking assist error which was what caused a delay for the last 30 minutes, which no one informed me of until they brought the car to the front. Very helpful. I had a small nail in my tire and my battery kept acting like it wasn't going to work. Took it to Hibdon and they were fast and thorough. After leaving my dad's truck there for over three hours to have a slow leak fixed, they told us that the tire was not fixable. They tried to push my dad into buying a tire but we felt off about it. We put the spare on and he drove it home. After having our hometown tire place check it out, the tire was fine. They were just trying to push a tire on us when it was not necessary. My wife and I buy tires from this location all the time. Sometimes they can be a bit pushy when I comes to the upselling but for the most part this is a solid tire store. The prices are honestly better than most new tire stores within a 5 mile radius. Weve been coming here for several years and have never had a bad experience. While visiting OKC (Go Thunder) from another state I ended up with an unrepairable flat tire. This was on a Sunday morning on CHRISTMAS EVE. The guys at Hibdon were working and able to set me up with a new set of tires (the others were down to the wear bar). They were everything I could have hoped for. They had a good selection of tires on hand, had a good expertise of the tires enabling me to make an informed choice, were quick and fair in their pricing. These guys saved Christmas. read more

They're the worst this place, with extremely bad attitudes towards their customers, especially the stocky chip on the shoulder service writer. He was an absolute jerk to say the least. I won't even go into my wait even though I'd made an appointment. They had my number they should've called me and said they were running way behind instead of wasting my time and then to be really rude to me after the fact? I don't suggest doing business with this location. Never had an issue with the Moore store though, they've always treated me well over the years but as a result of my experience at the Broadway store, I'll no longer deal with Hibdon ever again. read more

I needed an unexpected battery replacement. I scheduled an appointment online for a new battery and a routine tire rotation, if possible. The earliest appointment time available on the day I needed was 4:00 p.m., so I scheduled it. a short time later I received a call from Mike at the Hibdon store on 3800 S. Bdwy asking if could come in earlier in the day so that they could better take care of my request. My situation wasn't an emergency for me, but it was definitely an inconvenience, so Mike's call was very much appreciated. Then, when the type of battery I had chosen online was not necessary, Mike suggested another option, which saved me some $. The staff at this store are always extremely helpful, courteous and professional and make every effort to get me in and out in the shortest amount of time, whether it is assisting me with new tires or a new battery, or simply putting air in my tires. Was told I'd have to wait "around an hour" to check my alignment and repair a nail. Over two hours later they said the nail can't be repaired and they didn't even start the alignment check because the guy was busy. While waiting, every patch "couldn't be done" so they sold them new tires, white one guy berated an Asian college student after telling him his brakes would cost $1100 and if he didn't pay it, he would definitely be back and would have to pay them anyway. Where do I start, I'm only giving them 1 star because they did fix my tire. They called me not 20 minutes after I dropped my 2018 Equinox off with a slow leak in the tire to tell me ALL my tires needed replacing!!! Mm.. don't think so just 6 months ago I had 2 replaced. The guy wanted to argue with me I told him to fix/patch my tire and be done. Mind you I'm a single woman who took my SUV in. The guy was extremely rude when he called back to tell me my SUV was ready and then when I picked it up he was even worse. Never again, I am done with Hibbdon Tire at least this location. Looooooong wait times with this place. Seems like with any Hibdon location but this place takes the cake. Prices are average. Products are as well. The brake pads we got started making noise a week after we had them replaced here. We will see how the hold up in the winter months. I want to start by saying that I've been a customer at Hibdon Tires for many years, I'm also a Hibdon credit card holder, and have taken my last 4 or 5 cars here for various services. My Nissan Altima has had every single oil change from this location since I bought it 3 years ago. As of this year, I will never step foot in any Hibdon location ever again. On December 23rd, 2016, I came in for my 8:00 AM appointment to get new tires, and an oil change and fluid check. I told the man in the front (who I'm assuming was the manager) that I was going on a very long trip to Southern New Mexico, Colorado & Texas over the Christmas & New Year holiday, and I asked if they could make sure that all of my fluids were full, and I told them that I would happily pay for anything extra that needed to be done to my car. He said, "no problem! It will be ready in about 60-90 minutes!" I sat down and waited for my car to get done. I was one of two customers in the store at the time. At 2:30 in the afternoon, after being told, "Almost done!" by the manager since noon, I'm still waiting for my car. Even though I was the first customer of the day, and at least 4 people have come and gone after me (and yes, they had services done on their cars also.) Somehow they're still in and out before me. At this point I'm losing my temper, and I go up to the counter and nicely ask what in the world is going on, and the manager literally tells me, "the tech forgot about your car, and we got busy, sorry about that." Um, what? I had an appointment! I'm polite about it, and I'm basically like, "I've been here all day. I need my car." As I'm saying this, I see a tech come ZOOMING out of the service garage at 60 miles an hour in MY car, almost hits someone pulling into the parking lot, acting like he's taking it for a joyride. I ask the manager, "why is he driving my car like that? I'm really uncomfortable with him driving it so fast in a parking lot full of cars, especially with children around." The manager apologizes and says that they shouldn't be driving the cars that way when checking them, and says he will talk to the techs. I then ask, "Was there anything wrong with my car? Did any additional fluids need to be added?" "Nope! Everything was perfect! Here is your receipt and a paper detailing all of the work done on your car." I thank him, pay, and go home. I was a little frustrated that I spent the whole day at Hibdon, AND they did not put an oil change sticker on the corner of my windshield, which was extremely unprofessional and annoying, but I was happy to have new tires and to know that my car was checked on. Fast forward one week later, I'm in the middle of the New Mexico desert, in between the US/Mexico Border and Roswell, NM with my husband, no cell phone service, hadn't seen a gas station or another car for almost 2 hours, and my car starts over heating! I panic and pull over immediately. I'm in tears, the wind is whipping so hard that the hood of my car is bouncing up and down, and my husband and I are desperately checking all my fluids. It turns out that my car had ABSOLUTELY NO COOLANT IN IT WHATSOEVER! Also, the rod that holds my hood up was broken! It wasn't broken on 12/22/16 when I was replacing my battery. I was furious. I could not believe it. I had repeatedly asked Hibdon to check everything, and they promised me that they had. I checked, double checked, and triple checked before I left the store, and I was repeatedly told, "Yes, everything is great, your car is road trip ready." I realize I still have the diagnostic paper they had given me the previous week in my glove box. So while waiting for my car to cool down so we could put water in it and try to make it another 70 miles to Roswell, I take a look at the paper. It literally says that they checked my coolant and it was full. So I think, okay, maybe something is wrong with my radiator. After an extremely stressful and scary drive through a baron wasteland, crossing our fingers and hoping that we make it without the car blowing up, we finally get to Roswell and I take it to a garage. Turns out, nothing is wrong with my radiator. Nothing is wrong with my car at all. In fact, Hibdon only changed my oil and filter, and checked nothing else at all. The mechanic in New Mexico said that wherever I had been getting service from in Oklahoma was not doing what was promised, and had been lying to me about topping off fluids, and taking my money for years. Everything in the car, but my oil, was bone dry. He said he was surprised that I made it to southern New Mexico from Oklahoma City in the first place, and that I should feel lucky to have made it to a service garage safely. I hate writing bad reviews, but this is so unacceptable, and it makes me worry that this has happened to others who are probably more vulnerable than myself. I notified Hibdon corporate about this in January, and never heard anything back. read more

Our family has used Hibdons since 1990. We have always has great service. Just last week, I had a flat on one of my brand new 2016 Acura tires, (so I did not purchase these tires from HTP). They got me in, fixed my tire and had me out in less than an hour!! And they didn't even charge me for the repair!!!! That is service. read more

After attempting to be seen on Saturday and told it would be a 2 hour wait I decided to return on a week day and leave my vehicle for however long necessary to repair two tires. After picking up I drove 1/8 mile parked for several hour to come out and find the pressure in one of those tires dropping by 5 pounds at this time they are closed. Oh by the way when I picked up none of the tire pressures was the same the 2 tires repaired was way over inflated. Ok so I drive back this morning and wait 40 minutes for them to open since my left front tire is now sitting at 25 pounds, the gentleman at the counter new I was in the day before and said what was you told was done, I said I wasn't I was just handed my key but assuming they are in the tire business all was good right! not. He looked and said oh no problem found we will look at it will you be waiting? Yes so keep in mind I was the first one in the door, but the third vehicle pulled inside, so after an hour and twenty minute I ask will it be much longer because I have a meeting. He said ten minutes more I replied if not ten minutes I need to walk to my office. He checked with the tech and said you may want to walk we found another nail so apparently you had two nails and we only found one yesterday. wait a minute he just read a document early and said no problem found? What? So of course I walk it takes approximately 5 and I get sit down and our receptionist calls to say your Jeep is ready. Great job guys! wonderful customer service by placing me on the back burner when I am a return repair from the day prior and have been a Hibdons customer and send work from my business to you all since the mid 90's real strong.
