I just took my car in for service again. This will be the 3rd time taking it to this shop and another Hibdon shop in Okc since 6/25. First time after getting a new tire ( wheels balanced and alignment and oil change) my low tire pressure light came on before I pulled out of the parking lot. Was told it had to recalibrate and should go off. It didn't. A tire blew on the way to a doctor appointment in OKC. Shop there said sensors weren't correct. New tire. Made it home and the brake, ABS, traction and ESP BAS lights came on every time it was driven. Took it back to this shop today and lucky me. No lights and no history of lights ever coming on and no charge (like they did me a favor)! Well you guessed it. Left turn onto the street in front of the shop and yes... all 4 lights came on!! The last thing you want on a Sunday, is a blowout; specially on a trailer loaded down with your tractor! But that's exactly what we got. Ugh!! Thankfully, Hibdon Tires was open and only two miles away. Brian was not only courteous and pleasant to deal with, but he also helped us get the best price available. Very few sales people, in any market, work hard to get the best price for their customers!! I love Hibdon Tires. I TRUST them. One day I arranged to have my oil changed at the dealer. I was the first person in the waiting room that a.m. and the last person out. I listened to them come out and tell every single person who left before me that they needed new brakes. When it was my turn, they came out and told me I needed new brakes. I took my car to Hibdon where they told me I had 20,000 miles left on my current brakes. I never looked back. If I need something done for my car, I go to Hibdon. I was heading to a job in my work truck when I ran something over on the highway that gave me a flat. I pulled into QT to attempt to keep air in the tire while I searched for a solution. This Hibdon was half a mile from my location. I called and gave them a heads up I was coming and would need a jack set under the truck rather quickly. The service provider I spoke with on the phone and in store was Bee, who did a fantastic job of getting me in quickly and not only getting the truck lifted off of the tire, but removing the wheel and completing my patch very quickly. He understood that my time was valuable, was very personable, and reliable. I would go back in a heartbeat for future service thanks to Bee. read more

My dad bought tires from this shop before he passed away on Sept 11,2018. He was making payments on the $600 worth of tires he purchased. Make a long story short, Hibdon tires put a claim on my dad's estate instead of being decent and just writing them off. So if you but tires from this place make sure you don't die before paying them off because they will make sure they get their money from your family. Assholes. read more

There is a female employed at the front desk at this location with brunette hair trying to force customers with medical conditions to wear masks to get service. The mask mandate which was not enforceable by law anyways is over and has been lifted. We can stop playing this game. Went to their other location in Tulsa and was a much better experience and they weren't trying to force people with medical conditions to wear a mask. If the employee is this scared and in fear then she shouldn't be in a public setting where several people come and go that are freely going on living their lives and not trying to be hateful, irritable and acting like they have some kind of personal miserable agenda. If need be I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I assure you other businesses out there would love to accept my business. While I might just be one customer I guarantee you I am not the only one who is unhappy with this employees customer services and her trying to force everyone to wear a mask. Took my car in to hibdon by 41st and mingo to fix a flat that I located towards the center of the tire, after an hour wait they told me the tire is not repairable because the nail was towards the side (clearly a lie) and I needed to buy a new tire (75$). I knew this was bs and took the car to walmart by 71st and memorial. They fixed the flat for 10$. Beware of these people. read more

I only do business with Hibdon Tires. They are ethical in their services.I always receive good discounts and sometimes free checkups.

I started going to Hibdon because they were cheaper than there competitors. But slowly started to realize they lie about what you pay them to do. For example just over a year ago I paid for an alignment drove my truck a few days noticing nothing had changed. Went back to find myself being treated like I an idiot but after arguing for 30 minutes I finally got what I had originally paid for. Now today I asked to get a tire replaced they told me 2 hours and they would call me. I never got a call it's getting dark I need to finish up so I can go to bed for an early start. I went up there asked one of the 2 guys I talked to what was going on with my tire and was told he never had a conversation with me. What!!!!! No sir you and Matt were talking to me 2.5 hours ago and I need my tire. Well another half hour later I finally get my tire. Boy was I wrong to try and save a few dollars just to be treated like a fool. Go to Roberson tire!!!!!! read more

I tried to make an appointment so that I would not have to wait, but they cancelled it and told me to just come in. I went in, the customers were not wearing masks and the clerks had them pulled down, so they were not covering their faces. Employee took forever - was on a long call. Finally told him what I was there for and that I would not wait (because of no masks). They said it would be an hour. 6 HOURS LATER, I finally went there and they must have rushed it through, because in a few days, my tire light was on again. And they had put the hubcab back on wrong, so I couldn't even get to the nozzle to check the air. Went back. They removed the hubcab and reset the light. Now the light is on again. Guess what? The tire leaks. Went out there and was told it would be a wait. Am going back first thing in the morning again and they either fix it or pay for someone else to fix it. Plug sticking out of the tire and it is leaking!! What kind of fix is that???? Wouldn't go back except there is a warranty on the tires I bought there. This place is TERRIBLE. read more

NEVER USE HIBDON TIRE Went to get a nail removed around 3:00. Only reason i went there was because they were the only close shop open after 3. It was a rear tire. They said no problem it'll be fixed no charge. I'm glad I was watching from inside. A technician pulled our car inside and left the driver door open. Another technician was pulling another truck in. Instead of closing the door on our car to make room he just drove the truck right on in. He ran the trucks mirror into our door. He then got out and SLAMMED the door as hard as he could. Needless to say I went fucking off! Thankfully no damage yet. For a very large company they claim there is no personal e-mail for Them to report an incident like this to corporate and then email this report to me. Told 30 min wait to get vehicle - was an hour. When I went to pay they said my check had been "declined" by telecheck. Tried to call telecheck, but couldn't get a human being so gave up. They took my credit card fast enough though. After I got home I remembered that this exact same thing happened 3-years ago when I bought my first set of tires here. In last 10 yrs. I have only had personal checks "declined" twice - here both times. If they don't want to take checks they should just say so instead of making me void a check and then go to my bank to see if there was a problem with my account (there was not). If my memory was better I would not have returned here, but would have gone elsewhere. If I can remember 3 years or so when its time for the next set I will not go back here. have had good experiences in the past with this location, but this time not so much...took in for a out-of-round sound, called me back said one was out of balance, but another has 2 nails in it and has to be replaced, so I bought two to match in the front...asked for an $10 front end check, came back with upper ball joint in a scale of 1-10, is a bad 9 (!) and lower ball joint a 7..after buying the tires I couldn't afford the $800 estimate to replace 2 parts there, called my mechanic and explained how bad it was (?) and we arranged for the next day to replace the 2 parts..parts were pulled and found the wear on both not a 7 or 9, some play but not dire..replaced them, and paid the parts & labor bill of $250...2 5 0...also "discovered" by my mechanic was my rack & pinion had just blown out both seals in the last couple of days, 4" spots on both sides on the parking lot..truck had never in the 12yrs I've owned it leaked a drop of anything, now it's belching on both sides of the rack..who knows ! Anyway, disappointed with the "urgent" $800 request for service, the mystery blowing of both seals at once ($352 to repair 1 week later..) So good experiences, then one bad one... read more
