After installing the fuel injector they advised there was problems with the piston or rings. I trued to talk to them to find out if they installed the fuel injector wrong and caused the damage but they don't take calls. Their voicemail says to text them. So you text, but they either don't respond or just give a limited self serving response. I went there to pick up the car to take it to another mechanic and they refused to advise if the car is safe to operate, refuse to discuss the work they did or their misdiagnosis. They advised they will not release the car without full payment, When I tried to pay them via a check, they advised they do not accept checks but no where do they stare such prior to pick up. They want cash, Zelle or a credit card and if you use a credit card you have to pay a 3 percent fee. Then they require you to sign their self serving summary after payment or they "Will void out the payment" and refuse to give you the keys. I wrote on their document "disputed" and that I reserved the right to sue them. They refused to accept what I wrote - I had to get the local police involved just to get the car back that I fully paid them for. ---// it was such a crazy experience I told them I was going to record it on my phone and they said the they will not talk at all. Not only did the front desk person fail to provide a cost sheet (required by NJ consumer protections law) and then the mechanic broke my glovebox due to negligence by pulling it off the hinges too hard. The one manager who helped me is probably the only thing this location has going for it, they fixed the glove box for free but then broke the trunk lock switch in the glovebox making it impossible for me to get into my truck. There seems to be a general lack of care for your vehicle and a lack of double checking the work being done to your vehicle. I tried calling again, was told I would get a call back about the situation but never did. At this point I realized going through the headache and whatever they'll break next wasn't worth getting the part fixed by here again.
