I traveled about an hour to see this car. When I got there, it was obviously in need of rotors, as…read morethe ones on it were "lipped". When I got the key from the sales person and cranked up the car, it had a service engine light on the dash. Continuing from there I noticed the car had a busted windshield! About a 6" crack up in front of the rear view mirror. Their website states that "every vehicle we offer has been FULLY serviced, detailed, inspected, and ready for a new home." Well, this car hasn't even been washed! Upon further inspection I notice the rear wheels are leaning in at the top, about 2". This is not by design please understand. This is an obvious alignment issue. I decide to shut the car off as it has been idling for about 20-30 minutes, the vehicle has yet to reach operating temperature, by the way, and I notice another warning light pops up...ABC Malfunction. Thats not a cheap fix at all. I ask the sales person what they did to the car before putting it on the lot, and he replied, "I don't know exactly but every vehicle we offer has been fully serviced, detailed, and inspected." Theres more to my experience but i am running out of room. So take heed. Don't waste your time, energy, gas, etc . Its pretty much in the middle of nowhere and not worth it.

They ONLY had their maintenance done at the dealership. Last year, the day after picking her car up for maintenance, she realized her car had CAUGHT ON fire while she was driving it! She pulled into the nearest parking lot (that wasn't around other cars) and BARELY ESCAPED with her life! She was 80 at the time! Thankfully, there were people at the nearby businesses came out to attend to her. The car was toast. Thank God she escaped before the electonics failed and she didn't get trapped inside. It happened so fast.She called my dad, who called this dealership bc he wanted to have it towed there. They refused! They never apologized. They never helped them AT ALL!! My parents had to buy a new car on their own, received NO HELP or compensation from this dealership. Not even an apology. Their insurance only gave them a small portion towards a new vehicle - a Subaru, not a Ford! With FRIENDSHIP like this, Who Needs ENEMIES?!

I'm absolutely blown away by the attentiveness, thoroughness and focus they gave to my daughter and I. They stayed an hour after closing time to walk us through the entire process and history of the vehicle... then after we used up all THEIR time, and kept them away from THEIR families with no sale to show for it. They told us to "go home and pray about it, and let us know Monday morning what y'all want to do..." wait... what!?! Just to be clear, it was a $2500 vehicle. The rust had been concealed by painting over it. The spare tire had been installed upside down to hide the fact that the wheel was almost rusted through. Only when the vehicles were raised on a lift and inspected with a light was the rust found. The more the paint was scraped off with a knife, the more rust showed up.
