They ONLY had their maintenance done at the dealership. Last year, the day after picking her car up for maintenance, she realized her car had CAUGHT ON fire while she was driving it! She pulled into the nearest parking lot (that wasn't around other cars) and BARELY ESCAPED with her life! She was 80 at the time! I'm absolutely blown away by the attentiveness, thoroughness and focus they gave to my daughter and I. They stayed an hour after closing time to walk us through the entire process and history of the vehicle... then after we used up all THEIR time, and kept them away from THEIR families with no sale to show for it. They told us to "go home and pray about it, and let us know Monday morning what y'all want to do..." wait... what!?! Just to be clear, it was a $2500 vehicle.
