On more than four occasions, I have followed their prompts to the letter, and today alone, three calls in to the letter and no return phone calls. They use that as a way to escape from being responsible customer service representatives. They have no intention of calling you back, nor do they care to; if they did, they would. I'm looking for a replacement for this company, so I don't have to deal with their nonsense any further. I've talked to their in-house staff quality control person, and it's like talking to a wall. My wife and I work very hard to support and take care of our three daughters. One of our daughters is on a ventilator, has a trach and has a nurse here for ten hours every day. We also have a severely autistic twenty year old daughter who is currently being hospitalized for aggressive behaviors. In autistic people, their behaviors are their words.When they can't physically tell you how they're doing they act out. I called my daughter's primary care doctor in concern for her yesterday while she was in the hospital and in soft constraints and was extremely upset. After all that the doctor finally looked at her file from the hospital and called me today and said she was unsafe for us and the staff and because of my concern for my daughter and solely based on that one conversation I had with the doctor yesterday , and after apologizing he kicked the whole family out of their business ! Right now I'm speaking for my daughter. I am her words ..what i'm going to say to you dr. G.. You said I should watch my words before I say them, and I'll say to you. These words are our daughters unspoken words. And what you must learn from this as that autistic people talk to you THROUGH their behaviors. Because the lack compassion, this was a very cruel and malicious DEED ON A SPECIAL NEEDS AUTISTIC FEMALE. My dad went to go…read moresee him in September or October of 2019, & as a result of Dr. Patel's negligence, my dad could have DIED. my dad went in for an appointment, he told Dr. Patel that he was short of breath very easily & had a cough that would not go away. Dr. Patel took an X-ray of my dad's lungs & told him that the X-ray was hard to read bc of his scoliosis (it's really bad & his lungs are compressed bc if it I think) & that was it. My dad continued to feel worse, his cough got worse, he was still getting winded very easily & he was so tired he was sleeping all day everyday barely leaving the house bc he felt so bad. So this past Monday 12/30/2019, he decided to go back & see Dr. Maristela. He couldn't read the X-ray either but he said he saw fluid in his lungs, told him it could be pneumonia & told him to go to the er to get a ct scan. My dad did & he does have not only pneumonia but a blood clot in his lungs! The nurse at the hospital said if left untreated, this blood clot could have traveled to his heart which would kill him or travel to his brain & he could have a stroke. He is now in the hospital being treated with several antibiotics & blood thinners. He's 72 by the way.

This is a really great doctor's office. My personal doctor is Doctor Shepherd and he was…read morerecommended to me years ago I'm my best friend. A friend of hers who had been going here for a long time recommended her. We have both recommended him to several people who now also go here, so when you recruit people to your doctor's office it's for very good reason. To me the best thing about this office is there are four doctors. If you absolutely need to get in for something and your doctor isn't in they can probably get you in with the other doctors. Now that might really depend on what your situation is but it usually works. They do have Saturday hours, however there's usually only one doctor working on the weekend. If you need to have blood work done, you can just come into the main office and sign in. You don't need an appointment. Usually within 15 minutes they can get that done because you don't need to see a doctor. That's pretty awesome, especially if you need to come back in for a recheck. The nurses are really good and sometimes lab results can take a minute- but when they call you back they will thoroughly go over everything with you and are more than willing to answer any questions. I've also had several times where they've just called to follow up with me because the doctor told them to or they wanted to make sure that a referral that they might have given for specialist went okay. There are two offices in this building. When you come in there's a little placard on the outside of the door that tells you the doctors in that day, their hours, and whether they are in the main building or the other one that is to the right. The main building office is larger, and the secondary office is quite a bit smaller. They both do have TVs though and magazines if you need them. A lot of the patient rooms are little bit outdated in style, but that doesn't affect the service that you get from the doctors and the nurses so don't let that throw you. Just because somebody hasn't redecorated doesn't mean you're not going to do a good job. Choosing a new doctor or something that you shouldn't take lightly. And recommendations can come and go, but or somebody who has which doctors a lot because they didn't get the service or the treatment that they thought they should, I hope my recommendation will reach you as meaningful. Dr. Shepherd has always treated me as a person first wanting to know what I'd do I'm making you feel comfortable and anything you might ask and then thoroughly talking to you about your symptoms and whatever is going on and making sure that you get the best care. If they are accepting new patients and you are looking for a doctor it will be worth you checking out the office to see if they are right fit for you.

Answers ALL questions. I feel very comfortable asking anything I want to Dr Henk! He has a very good bedside manner. His staff is very friendly and aware of your concerns when you visit the office.
