It's not an aberration I don't go to the doctors very often but this has been years of experiences. Also, getting prescriptions filled and renewed can be very hit or miss. On more than four occasions, I have followed their prompts to the letter, and today alone, three calls in to the letter and no return phone calls. They use that as a way to escape from being responsible customer service representatives. They have no intention of calling you back, nor do they care to; if they did, they would. I'm looking for a replacement for this company, so I don't have to deal with their nonsense any further. I've talked to their in-house staff quality control person, and it's like talking to a wall. My dad went to go…read moresee him in September or October of 2019, & as a result of Dr. Patel's negligence, my dad could have DIED. my dad went in for an appointment, he told Dr. Patel that he was short of breath very easily & had a cough that would not go away. Dr. Patel took an X-ray of my dad's lungs & told him that the X-ray was hard to read bc of his scoliosis (it's really bad & his lungs are compressed bc if it I think) & that was it. My dad continued to feel worse, his cough got worse, he was still getting winded very easily & he was so tired he was sleeping all day everyday barely leaving the house bc he felt so bad. So this past Monday 12/30/2019, he decided to go back & see Dr. Maristela. He couldn't read the X-ray either but he said he saw fluid in his lungs, told him it could be pneumonia & told him to go to the er to get a ct scan. My dad did & he does have not only pneumonia but a blood clot in his lungs! The nurse at the hospital said if left untreated, this blood clot could have traveled to his heart which would kill him or travel to his brain & he could have a stroke. He is now in the hospital being treated with several antibiotics & blood thinners. He's 72 by the way.
