They will cause you more problems and headaches than you're currently dealing with. The only reason we had them out is because the insurance we have with American water sent them. First we will discuss how rude and unprofessional their "secretary" is. She will talk to you like you are dog shit on the bottom of her shoe. She has such a bad attitude, like she hates her job and talking to people... she shouldn't have a customer service job! This last problem we had with her and this company is that they came out to address the problem with a breaker popping. After looking into the issue they said there was a break in the wiring in the wall and the electrical insurance didn't cover it... we called AW and it is in fact covered. The other issue they were there for is the kitchen, pantry and sitting room lights were flickering. They said that it's because the switches weren't rated for LED lights. First off, the switches he was referring to, doesn't run the other two rooms, they have there own switches and on top of that, it's the same light bulbs that were here when we bought the house 6yrs ago and never had any flickering problems until recently. So of course that also didn't get fixed.. yes, that repair would be covered by insurance. This time, they made an appointment for this Monday at 9am, she called at 8:40 to tell me they had someone call in sick and couldn't make it and needed to reschedule. So we scheduled for today, Wednesday at 9am again. She called at 8:54 to tell me they were still at a job and wouldn't be here at 9am. I already had an appointment at 11am today for someone to come look at our deck (we had a tree fall on it) She said she'd let me know when they were on their way. She called back at 9:43 to tell me they should be here in 20mins or so. I explained that it would be pushing it for time and that I would not leave them alone in my house while I was outside with the guy doing the estimate. We have dogs that we would have to put in a room for them in the first place and with not knowing how long they would be here. So she is expecting me to have to once again rearrange my schedule to accommodate them and me take the chance of these issues again of their bad time management. I understand a job can take longer sometimes, but, I'm sure they knew this prior to notifying me 6mins before my scheduled appointment. I've already had to reschedule a doctors appointment for them to come out Monday because she said that's the only opening they had... and now here's today. The electricians they sent out... well one seemed to know a little more of what he was doing, but the second one had no idea and didn't even know his partner's name. So unless you want to waste your day and end up having to hire a real electrician... I'd avoid this company. I'll be honest, she had me so pissed off, I cussed her and hung up.

They are sometimes a bit expensive in how they price things, but if you talk to the owner, Chad Christian, he will work with you for the best deal that fair for all and affordable for you. Estimates are normally not fee, trip charge is about $85 and will count towards any repair work you may have done. They have done AC, plumbing, wiring / electrical, rood, gutter, and construction work for me. The crew does good work and tries their best to not make messes and cleans up as much as they can at the end of each day, but messes are expected in any type remodel. So they do a good job.
