She was working in the Worthington/Westerville area at the time and after a quick search on Yelp, I found this place. She called them right away, was able to see them right away, and was blown away by the experience. Flash forward to about a month ago when I ended up having to find a new dentist. My sister reminded me of Westerville Dental so I gave them a ring and had a very similar experience. I was able to get scheduled that same week and the staff was incredibly friendly. Along with my bi-annual cleaning, I opted for the Zoom whitening. I can definitely say that it was worth the money. If you need a new dentist, look no further.

The infection was severe, but she handled it with the kind of precision, patience, and compassion you rarely see anymore. She and her assistant worked in perfect sync--gentle, steady, and so kind. Every so often, one of them would softly touch my shoulder just to check that I was okay. That simple human care meant everything when I was in pain and terrified. And it didn't stop there. I really admired how he always remembered details about me and my life and always enjoyed making conversation with him. Years ago, I chipped my two front teeth after falling on my face and Dr. Khan worked with a specialist to restore my teeth through a root canal treatment and gave me crowns to replace the teeth I had chipped. Dr. Khan allowed me the opportunity to shadow him over the summer and I could see how much he truly cared for each of his patients and how he was able to complete so many different types of procedures! Dr. Khan works quickly, but not at the expense of treating his patients like real people. He ensures that Polaris Dental Care is a comfortable and warm environment where patients feel like family. Christy, who manages the financial/logistical aspect of the office, is also great! She is so friendly and makes sure all of your questions get answered. The work and care I received at Polaris Dental Care actually inspired me to pursue dentistry. I am currently in dental school and hope to become a dentist with Dr. Khan's caliber, charisma, and care.

HORRIBLE.... Stay away!!!!…read more I've attached photos to show how horrible this dentist is. I saw this dentist for ten years, thousands of dollars. I had a chip in my front tooth for years that was less than 1/16th" and Dr Dugas cut off more than half of my front tooth to fix it (see pics). He then painfully tried to match the color and was unable. I went back for a second three hour procedure and the color was unbelievably wrong again. After he saw how bad the color match was, and offered to repair it. After Dr Dugas offered to repair the damage he caused, I went back the office for the third time and was told the repair would be another $1300. Please do NOT GO TO THIS DENTIS!!! I tried to have the damage repaired by another dentist and was told it's permanent and cannot be fixed. The only reason for the five stars is the dental hygienists that work there. The actual dental work ruined my smile for life. Please pick any other dentist. I have recommended this dentist to many people, and hope they didn't have the same horrible experience I did.

Molly and Dr. Wong made me feel at ease and answered all my questions during my new patient appointment this morning. The environment was sleek, yet comforting, and has a great vibe for being a dentists' office. If you have ever felt anxiety or frustration with past dentists, give this practice a shot.
