My mother came to Dr. Kristal when she was a child, and she is now 44! Since he was still in practice at the time when I needed braces, she took me to him as well. I began my journey with braces when I was 10 and finished when I was 15. In this time, I managed to have a few teeth pulled by Dr. Kristal and Dr. Forche and have braces on twice (one set, break, then another). Any time there was ever an issue, the receptionists were able to get me in quick and easy. The results speak for themselves, my smile went from crazy to correct! :) Cannot thank them enough

There's a coffee/tea bar, bottles of water, a slushie machine for those who want a slushie once they are finished with their appointment, a gaming console/TV in the waiting area for those who need to wait, and a cute photo backdrop for those who want to take before/after pics. Aside from all of the fun perks, the first consultation is completely complimentary! I love that the orthodontist (sorry cannot remember his name - not Dr. Hickman) explained everything to us in full detail and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction (especially about the two phases that our daughter will be going through regarding her braces). Every visit has been a great experience and our daughter always leaves with a smile! Thank you to the entire staff for all that you do and for brightening our daughter's smile!

I got fed up w/ his refusal to listen that I decided to try to see another ortho as he was basically done w/ me anyway. I had a consultation w/ the new ortho, but they told me they couldn't take me as a patient b/c their office was too close to Forche's which makes me wonder why they accepted a consult to begin with. During the consultation I was told to try one more time to explain to Forche the issues I'm experiencing. I called to make an appt with braces still on my teeth, mind you, when they told me I'd been dismissed from the practice and the only way I could go back is to pay the full $4k initial payment even just to take off my braces!
