I told him this who franchise sucked. He proceeded to approach me in a threatening manner his manager had to come out of the building and in Lakestation this franchise forgot to put my oil cap back on so I stained 4 driveways and my garage before I figured it out.

Then he made an appointment for me to return with my vehicle. On the scheduled date I dropped off my vehicle, Later that day the secretary called me and told me that my vehicle would not start for them and that they would need to replace one of my batteries since they had tested it and it was very weak. She also mentioned that this was probably the main cause of the problem. They changed the battery and now my vehicle runs like the day I bought it. Thank you Mr Dave Cooper and all his staff. I thought there may be a fuel pump issue, was told that wasn't the case (turns out a fuel pump was part of the problem). Was given a price for parts and labor separately I thought the labor was reasonable but the part was high. I did just a hint of research and found the actual dealer price for the part was a third of what they charged. I questioned this and they cursed at me and told me I was wrong (which I can prove I was accurate) I was lied to on a number of things including when the work would be completed (3 days later). And they complete all of this with a lead guy who is completely rude and at times downright disrespectful. I am astonished this place remains in business. So if you like to be cursed at, lied to, and overcharged then go to dads garage. I personally (obviously) will never return nor recommend them.
