Not good. My wife and I have been going to this shop for tires for almost 20 years. We have gotten…read moretires here for at least 4 different vehicles. We have always been treated well and fairly, until today, which is why I brought my truck there for an alignment recommended by the Dealer. Today's visit was different than past ones. At the counter there are advertisements saying that they can maintain your Tire Pressure System so I asked the young lady about that service because I had one sensor not functioning. She said they can take care if that no problem for $90. I told her to please have the sensor changed. I left my truck and after my wife picked me up I get a call from Discount Tire telling me that they changed the bad sensor but blew out all the other sensors when they reset the system and I needed to pay $90 each to replace all of them because it's not their fault, "They did nothing wrong." An Argument started and I demanded my truck be returned me to the way it was when I dropped it off and that I would not be paying for any sensors. I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam? I was passed off to the store manager who also argued with me saying his crew were not responsible for the sensors and blamed it on my Truck being 7 years old and that the sensors being old. The problem was that those sensors were less than a year old because I had the Dealer replace them in July of 2025. The manager eventually agreed to get my tire sensors functioning free of charge. When I get a call saying my truck is ready I'm told they don't know how to reset the system leaving only 2 of 4 sensors functioning (see photo). I WILL BE FINDING A NEW TIRE SHOP! DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR TIRE PRESSURE SYSTEM. THEY HAVE KNOW IDEA WHAT THEY F**K THEY'RE DOING!

We stopped into the Tire Barn without an appointment. I didn't even know what town I was in! They gave us a coupon to eat next door; told us it would be 40 minutes before they could look at it. We returned in that timeframe. Elisa told us the car was done, their mechanic did a temporary fix and hooked it in place using zip ties. She suggested we have it looked at when we get home, so that they could secure it properly. We made an appointment to get in this morning at our local Honda dealer. They found NO abnormalities with the skid plate. The tire Barn used BOLTS to secure the part in place; then sent us on our way - with NO CHARGE! I was like, "Are you kidding me??!" Elisa said "Ya, we are happy to help. Take care." Companies like this should be recognized for kind, expedient service. I want to thank EVERYONE for their time in helping us out. This would be a PERFECT opportunity to take advantage of someone who is literally passing through town and will not likely be back again. We got STUCK in SNOW in 12 inches of snow in Indianapolis. Customer Service, Quality, Knowledge, and Timeliness…read more Last Friday, on the way home from work, I called a competitor and had an appointment for Saturday morning. However, on the way home, a buddy suggested that I swing by Discount Tire before going there. I am so glad that I did! Even though they were closing at Noon (I came in at 10:45, they got me in and put two (2) quality tires on my truck for the price of one (1) at a competitor's shop. So far, I have zero complaints.
