This is a small, family-owned business and is most definitely the only place I'll take my car to. They are the most fair, honest car place around, and that's hard to find in this day & age. They've worked on my car several times and have always given me a reasonable price. And the peace-of-mind knowing that my car will be fixed correctly, the first time is worth every penny. They won't tell you that your car needs a part of service if it didn't (unlike most other auto repair shops), and they're just really good people. read more

I have taken my stupid Chevy Sonic here multiple times over the years. I have a love/hate relationship with my car. I love that it's paid for, and hate the issues that comes with age. (It has well over 100k miles) They have fixed the little issues it has had and a few larger ones without telling me that I needed unnecessary repairs. They are much cheaper than the dealership and other shops around. I feel good about the work that they do. They always manage to squeeze me in. They are upfront about pricing and they don't try to rip me off because I'm a female. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. read more

A really great family owned business. Been open since 1988 so being that they're still open really has to say something positive about this company. Really great customer service and the owner is a really great guy, very straightforward no BS. They had me in and out in about a half an hour to 40 minutes, and that's with no appointment. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. First, made the mistake of overpaying for a car because a friend said they were honest. First day, the engine light went on. Second day, found out the transmission went bad and they added over $ 1,000 to the bill for another used transmission. Owner claimed he drove the car from another state and didn't notice any problem and couldn't explain. He also claimed a full inspection was done beforehand. What a joke. Have had about 15 different problems with this car in 1 1/2 years, on a very reliable make. Another mechanic replace the water pump and belt a year after All America said they put brand new in. Wouldn't trust theses guys to put air in my tires. Never Again. read more

Takes them 2 times to get it right,who has time for that. Once they replaced rear bearings on my car it made an awful sound and the wheel feel off the car when the tow truck pulled it up on the flatbed. Took it back to All American Tire And Was Charged Full Price to fix it.This place should change its name to Assclown Tire. If you are ever in this area you should call Velasquez across the street they are cheaper and do better work and you can trust them. read more

I can personally account for two exceptionally bad experiences with this shop. The first time, I took my car in for a repair after my check engine light came on. I had them trouble shoot the problem and fix what needed to be repaired. $600 later and a diagnosed "sensor repair", I'm pretty sure they just cleared the computer of codes to make the light turn off (yeah I'm not even kidding). Weeks later when the light inevitably came back on I returned and I was made to pay $200 in labor to take care of an unspecified repair (almost certainly stemming from the same original issue that they never fixed correctly if at all). The second issue came when I actually purchased a used car from this shop for $4,500. The people at the shop went on and on about how great of a car this was and how reliable the car would be, about how they've gone through everything to make sure it was all sound, and specifically how great the engine was. Not quite even 2 years later the head gasket is blown, the exhaust is almost completely rotted off of the bottom of the car, and the passenger window is stuck in the down position and now replaced by a piece of plexiglass and duct tape. The car is being retired as of today and the wrecker is coming to get it tomorrow for $300. I can't think of a single worse experience I've had with a place of business (of any type) in my entire life. My advice to anyone considering doing business with this shop is to avoid at all costs. Let my expensive mistake at least serve to benefit anyone else who could possibly avoid a major headache. Let me just close my review by saying that I've historically always tried to make a point to patronize small family owned businesses rather than major chains if I can help it. I do so with the genuine belief that my business is more appreciated and as a result I'll be better taken care of and with a more intimate and personable level of service. The last thing that I would expect is to be targeted as a chump to be taken advantage of. I guess I've learned my lesson. Sometimes the mom and pop shop isn't the wholesome operation that you'd like to trust them to be. read more
