Possibly the worst dining experience we have ever had because after 40 minutes we had NO food…read more Before we sat down we informed the host that we had a hungry toddler and needed our food pretty quickly. We informed the waitress of the same. We went with a large group and were divided into two parties of 6 which is fine. We ordered our drinks and got them in about 10 minutes. At that point we ordered our meals. We never saw or heard from our waitress again. Shortly after our party got drinks, the other half of our party received their meals. At the 40 minute mark they were near to finishing their meal. We had empty drinks on the table and nothing else. Our son, who is wonderful, was so hungry that we had to leave. I found a manager and shared all of the above with him. He asked who who our waitress was. I told him and he looked over toward her section and then said, "yeah, we've had problems with her." No idea why she was there at peak dinner hour on a Saturday night. He made no apology and made no attempt to recover our experience (free appetizer served promptly?). So we went elsewhere for supper and had a far better experience.
