Behind the dishwasher, there's a hole that they spackled. Didn't bother sanding, just painted over it. We had a hole where the plaster had come loose, they painted inside the hole. Don't worry, we took care of that. We were told to mark the areas that needed touching up with painters tape so they could come back and touch up. Text them multiple times, no response. We touched them up. Smoke detector? Just paint around it. Ok then. Supposed to caulk around ceilings to seal the wallpaper, did all but one room. 3 stars out of 10 at best.

Jason and Michael took everything down to the studs, reinforced the walls with real studs, fixed the wall that was absolutely NOT square (from the original builder 30 years ago) and replaced the original drywall with concrete board. The tile and grout lines are crisp and level looking. We shared we wanted white subway tile with a bench, a soap niche, and grab bars. Cons They fixed a large crack in my ceiling by cutting out a piece of the ceiling and replacing it with drywall. They cut all the way through to the attic, and a large amount of insulation fell to the floor. Between the insulation and drywall, every room that didn't have the door closed has a coating of dust. Even in the kitchen, which is 10' away and around a corner. Only 2 random pieces of furniture were covered with plastic. I had to rewash clothes hanging in the laundry room. Some of my curtains were laid across the couch and covered, but some of them just ended up laying on the floor. Then they did a lousy job repairing the hole they made. They got drywall mud on the walls, didn't sand the patch, and didn't paint it. Poured the excess mud in my yard. Took about a month to get someone to come back and fix the patch, thankfully not the 2 guys who originally worked on it. I kept getting excuses that you were sick or on vacation, like you were the one that was going to do the work. I also asked Anthony for a couple other estimates that I never got, not that I would use them for anything else.

The next day when I came in to see what had been done, the whole trailer was gutted, which I did not know was being done. I hired him to get me a working bathroom. He told me he ran into issues, and he will need $10K to complete the job. I was so upset that I didn't have that kind of money. I just paid him $3,500 and now am being told I need $10K - I did not know what to do, we had come to an agreement that he would complete the job for $4K and then I would let him use my card for supplies on my trailer that he needed , so I paid him $8K. I had to pay all the money up front because he said he would not be able to do the job until he was paid. He worked for a few days and then he just stopped. Told me I needed more money for a plumber which he charged me another $700, or he said he could finish any of the work until that got paid, then he needed more supplies which was $216.00 - I paid Anthony $12,416.00 all upfront. He was supposed to get me a working bathroom, hang new drywall up, put some sub flooring down, kilts throughout trailer, baseboards put up along with some other things. NONE of this was completed. The work that was done is so sloppy and incorrect it all had to be redone. I had to hire another contractor to come in and complete the job that I already had paid him to do, which cost me even more money. drywall was not all done, baseboards are not all down, bathroom is not done just a tub set but was hooked up all wrong he didn't put a trap on the tub, he put a cracked porcelain tub in my trailer, sawed and broke pipes and just left them so my trailer I would have sewer gas coming through the pipes. The kilts he sprayed were not done through the trailer, the did not cover up anything, and sprayed my heater all inside, my stove, vacuum, my work fan, light fixtures. The subfloor he put down in spots doesn't have a joist underneath ,and the boards are going to break if you step on them. I can't tell you how bad the job he did on things. Anthony has got me in such a financial mess over this. I have requested a refund, and he keeps telling me he can't give a refund until he does a walk through, but he won't ever meet me to do it. He just lies and pushes it off. I am filing a civil lawsuit against him for all this. I am sharing my review, so people know what kind of person he is. He is not a contractor; his so-called crew is not qualified to do any of this type of work. He needs his business shut down; all he is doing is scamming people out of their money. He showed up several days later than the…read moredate he agreed; then called and said the grass was too high and he would not cut it at the price he quoted on the app. He told me that he was going to contact Greenpal and see what higher price he should charge me, and get back with me that day. He never called me back and never cut my grass. I couldn't reach Greenpal because they have no contact information and no way to report problems with the contractor. I couldn't even hire a new company because M&M just walked away from the job with no notice, leaving me in a major bind. The grass continued to grow taller as I waited over a week for him to call or cut my lawn. Greenpal never followed up. I finally hired another private contractor. Almost two weeks later, I received an email from Greenpal saying M&M canceled all my future contracts and the app was offering me new quotes. I had only hired m&m for one trial job and he didn't do that one. But because he didn't notify Greenpal that he didn't do it, my account remained open. As long as one account is open, you can't take bids for a new contractor. The Greenpal app says he has five stars; that's why I selected him. But you can't leave a review about the company unless they do the work and the app charges you for the service. Don't use Greenpal either. It's just a robot with no way to communicate. It just takes your money. And don't use this company.
