I received product within 2 weeks. One of my lights was faulty upon arrival and I needed a replacement. I purchased 2 sets of HID headlights and spent almost $300.00 from this company for my daughter's vehicle in Nov. 2012. Their website looked great and well designed. They stated the quality of their product was the best because their products are made in Germany. To me the lifetime warranty and the German quality is what justified their higher prices and I purchased. I wish I had read YELP reviews before I did business with HIDKitXenonLights.com. Both sets of HID headlight kits that I bought do not work anymore. HID Headlights has told me in many many emails that the replacement is on their way. So far it has been over a year later and I have not recieved any replacement ballast or any comunication from this company regarding their lifetime warranty. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TGIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yelp only allows 1 star reviews ... I agree with the other reviewers. I bought the full kit costing me $80 and within 5-6 months their ballast broke on both sides. I've brought it to a mechanic and it checked out to be the ballast. I emailed them because they somehow NEVER answer their phones because there isn't any technical support willing to help. The first email was quick. I've told them my problem and they sent me a new one without even telling me that they are sending me one. The problem was I don't live at that same school address anymore and now they told me that it was my fault and that I have to pay $15 for them to ship another ... All the emails had was arrogance and attitude towards me when I was just trying to get my lights fixed because at a point I was driving without lights until I picked up some oem lights. I work on cars all the time I thought I would get a set of LEDs for the wifes car well I got them from the wrong company the LEDs drained the old battery so I was thinking it's old I'll just change it and they drain the new one as well once I disconnected the headlight harnes from the LEDs no problems at all the wife pointed out they don't flicker any more and they won't refund or replace the faulty components so please save your money!!!!!! read more

If there was a negative 209 star available that's exactly what I would have chosen. First off I would like to say that all the reviews that I read previously are 10000000000% true. The customer service is the worst in America. I had recently had a h11 HID kit I purchased from hidkitxenonlights.com and it worked fine for my cars old headlight. But before I purchased I had new spyder headlight that would only take h1 type bulbs. I would also like to add that I never took them out of the box or light out the wrapper so they were literally just like new since I never installed them or any thing I nicely call the customer service and they told me to email there contact tab on their site and they would gladly help me out. I received a email back about 3 days later saying I couldn't exchange. All I wanted to do was to exchange my lights for the right bulbs. But since I had them longer than my 30 days(32 day I had them) I wasn't able to get my money back or even exchange them for the right product. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! After receiving my HID Kit and realized that the box was labeled wrong or something and I got a H1/H7/H3 wire harness instead of a 9005/9006/H11 harness, I tried to contact customer service. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! First tried email. Never received a response. Next tried the live support chat. AWFUL!! Sat here for almost 1-1/2 hours and finally got an answer to my questions. But the person I was chatting with had no personality whatsoever and spoke with no more than 3-5 words in each response. and those responses to upwards of 15-20 minutes and the longest was 40 minutes just for the rep to forget what we were talking about. I had to repeat the same question 3 times. But they were going to send me my replacement part...so I thought. I asked for a confirmation email. which never came so I tried the live support chat again. Must have been the same person because response times were again 15-20 minutes. So this time I decide to call because all I want is confirmation that my parts are shipping. AGAIN I have to explain my problem. And midway through explaining it, he hung up on me. So I try to call back and he won't answer the phone, I left a message...will update. I wish I would have read these reviews before. Oh and since I have started passing this review around I have received and email response and was "It doesn't fit your factory harness?" REALLY?!? those were almost my exact words in the original email. UGHHH!!! Received 2 sets of lights for a gift from different people. They both bought me headlights so I figured I'd exchange one set for a set of fog lights. Even though their site says they do exchanges, they would not let me do a simple exchange. They were extremely rude in their emails without any prompting on my behalf. Next time I tried to deal with them I had a burnt out bulb. Sent in many requests for assistance with no responses. I online chatted with an assistant acting like I wanted to buy just to get a response (and did immediately). I later told him I wanted to submit a claim. If I could rate them negative stars, I would. Their customer service is ridiculous and horrible. I had bought my boyfriend a kit for his 2009 Honda Accord and when we installed them, we realized one of the bulbs did not work and they were not bright enough, even weaker than the stock lights. So we contacted Xenon, in hopes to fix the problem and in the end we decided on getting an exchange with upgraded ballasts. In the span of exchanging email for a couple weeks, I had to ship out the old parts (out of my own pocket, regardless that the original kit had a faulty bulb). I emailed them right after explaining I had just sent it out and what exactly I sent out. This was on the week on 3/18/16. Through the tracking number, the company had received my packet on 3/18/16. Prior to the RMA exchange, they had to told me a $65 fee (shipping + upgrade) would need to be collected before shipping out the exchanged parts. A week after, I received no contact from Xenon and decided to email them to check up. No reply. So after the weekend, I decided to call, but every time I called, it was never put through due to "high volume calls". This was EXTREMELY frustrating because the automated voice told me to leave a ticket number on their website and a representative would get back within a business day. No one was even emailing me back so what was the point in leaving a brand new ticket number when I have a number already for the situation???? At this point, I was getting disgusted with their service. I emailed once again, with no reply. I have to also mention that I live in Hawaii and the time difference is a problem as the phone service and emails are on Eastern time. So on April 6, 2016, my boyfriend had called them and actually got through to a caller. EXCEPT he hung up on my boyfriend! Then my boyfriend calls back and he gets put through with the exchange person named Valerie. Valerie explains to him that they had tried to contact me via calls and apparently I didn't answer any of them? I never have my phone off and it is never dead. I never received even ONE call from Xenon. I had asked her why no one had left a voicemail or emailed back saying they tried to contact me. She explains the company does not leave voicemails and they would "knew" they would get through if they kept trying to call me. I felt that this action is very inexcusable and saying sorry for the inconvenience just was not enough. I also wanted to speak to a supervisor/manager but I wasn't even sure if she was one. Apparently the only way they could proceed with the exchange was through a phone call so they could get the credit information. Also, he did not address my concern about the 2 ghost weeks that the package was already received and no action was being taken on their part. I agree with the many other reviews that this company is just in it trying to cop some bucks even though they are at fault. Even after writing the company a long long email about my situation and how frustrating it was, the apology wasn't really there. First the instructions look like they were drawn by a Chinese 4th grader. They say no modifications to vehicle with is wrong. Some of the connections are made by sticking two wires together without connecters. Don't even think about getting tech. support when you have a question about the install, they are only support to get you to buy their product. See how fast you can run away from this company. If there was a way to put zero stars I would. This company is horrible. The sales person called me an "idiot" and said, "no wonder we are not going to give you a refund". We bought a light kit and brought it to 3 different car mechanics, and were told the kit was faulty and could not be installed. We have been emailing since June 20th (2 weeks) and are getting the run around. Called half a dozen times leaving messages no return. The Live Chat person called me an idiot.
