Their Jump packs are garbage. Wouldn't even turn my Honda CR-V over when I needed it in a Costco parking lot. Walked over to the tire center and asked if they could give me a jump start, and a technician handed me a portable jump pack that fired my car right up. DO NOT BUY from XenonPro!! I ordered a set of LED headlight for my 2003 Ram 2500. The factory locking collars wouldn't fit around the LED lights. I reached out to customer service. There is no way to call them and you can only use live chat or email. The first attempt with live chat had a 30 minute wait. If you close the browser you lose your place in the queue or if you're actively writing the representative you end the chat. During this time in the chat you cannot use your phone for any other purpose. It's basically hi-jacked for the duration of the chat. Finally a representative joined the chat. He sent me the fine print stating that some vehicles may have fitment issues even though it said it would fit your year, make and model. He convinced me to try the HIDs since they are smaller and have less fitment issues. I agreed and he said I had to order the new lights and give him the order number and he would process the exchange. After I placed the order he sent me the RMA number to return the LEDs and said I was responsible for the shipping (which cost me $16). Then he said it would take 5-7 days to see a refund after they receive it. He made it seem like it would be an exchange and I expected they would provide a pre paid return label. I received the HIDs and one bulb was sent with a small crack. I installed them with the anti flicker and relay harnesses, yet the low beams flashed at the same rate your hazard lights would, so not a flicker but more of a slow strobe. I got back on the chat and they sent out a new kit with the exception of the anti flicker and relay harnesses, he said those could be reused. I got the replacement kit in and had the same problem again. I removed the HIDs and installed the factory lights back on the truck. The next day I reached back to customer service explained how the product is faulty. They still refused the pay for the return shipping. I asked for a manager and they said one would reach out within 24-48 hours. The packaging for the HIDs is larger then the LEDs so the shipping will cost quite a bit more I'm sure. At this point I'm out around $35-$40 in shipping, many hours of my time and a whole lot of frustration. I also have almost $400 tied up on my card while I wait for these refunds to process. I need to watch my back account carefully to make sure the refunds are processed because I do not trust this company at all. I also feel like this is a liabity issue and wouldn't put you safety at risk. Even if the headlights worked for you at first I would be concerned they would fail at night when you needed them most. read more

Ordered a set of headlights and amber fog lights for a 2022 Tundra because the website indicates a perfect fit as did the lovely support person. I tried to install but quickly realized they would not connect to the oem harness. Spent an hour on the phone with support trying to make them understand that the 3 prong metal plug will not connect to the quick release oem harness. They approved the return but I had to pay $17 to return. They received my return and now are charging me $30 discount and $33 adjustment fee. So I just got ripped Off for $80 read more

Three days of live chat only to be cut off each time. I purchased a DC-09 Dashcam and didnt install it for almost one year. Once installed only the little red light came on. Chat was a joke.. "Dale" asked me to send a video.. no matter how many times I sent it, they never received it using DropBox . Finally, On day 3, I lost it on Dale.. Summary: I purchased a product correct to my vehicle. This product did not work as described. My wife and newborn and are going down the road, maybe with lights, maybe without lights. I requested shipping to be covered as this is clearly a product issue at which point I was treated rudely. Full detail follows: In no way can I believe that 23K people had such a great experience. I sincerely question the validity of the average reviews, considering they do not have a customer service hotline (expect a frustrating chat bot). This entire review would have been avoided if they would have paid for my return shipping. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have faced personally. And I work in customer service... in the automotive repair industry. I ordered a pair of low beam bulbs as described being needed for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also ordered the anti-flicker Canbus's. I received, in an overstuffed damaged package, my bulbs and Canbus's, with a 3x3 photo card showing how to replace a generic headlamp bulb. Installing the LED's required the lights to be removed, which required the bumper to be removed. This is an OEM manufacturer process and to this point, no fault of Xenon Pro. I install Canbus's and LED's. The lamps work. And then they don't. Going down the road, the lamps would come on and off intermittently, sometimes drivers' side, sometimes passenger side. Getting the lamps to come back on required the ignition to be cycled. (Turn the car off, let it reset, turn on). I was told. "We see this all the time, take off the Anti-Flicker Canbus's". *Sigh* *Bumper off, headlamps out, Canbus's removed, re-install everything.* Headlamps work. And then they don't. Same exact issue. *Bumper off, headlamps out, canbus's reinstalled, fit all in housing- Reinstall everything* I requested a second set of Anti-Flickr Canbus's as the connection always came across as weak. This is the only connection between the bulb and the power source, so it is the likely culprit and an easy diagnosis. They offered me to switch to an HID component, but I would need to do some wiring. Considering my luck so far with their product. I declined. I requested a refund which I was told was approved and I would need to send the product back. I received no instructions on what the process was, though they claim they sent an email. I am not driving this vehicle everyday, as it is my wife's car and we just had a baby. She stays at home and doesn't drive it often in the evening right now. I let this go for two weeks as I had reinstalled with Halogen bulbs & waited patiently for the refund to show. I followed up two weeks later and was told I would be responsible for all shipping & I better ship it back now or else I will be out of a refund. There is no supervisor to speak with, no phone number to call. If you call into sales, they rudely tell you they can't help you, at which point the chat bot says, 'Hey don't call our sales Dept'... Must be person A and person B sitting right next to each other and not a supervisor in the company. However, they only lasted 8 months until one of the lights decided to not function properly. I contacted the company and was told that I would have to pay $20 shipping for a new replacement since the lights have a lifetime warranty. What good is a lifetime warranty when you have to pay $20 bucks shipping? I wouldn't have been as opposed to paying the shipping costs if I hadn't already spent $150 on the lights and could expect them to last longer than 8 months. Stay away from this company! When they artived, I installed them immediately, only to find that the headlights strobed while driving and I received bulb out warnings constantly when no bulbs were out. I contacted the company and they sent replacement items. this occurred in the first week of ownership. the replacement items did exactly the same things. i sent r-mails requesting a refund, to no avail. when I "talked " to their virtualCAREFUL assistant, I was treated with disrespect and eventually hung up on a blocked from using their e-mail and their " customer service" messaging system. mail aren't to their addresses either came back undelivered or without response. the items I bought came with a "100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee". This company has to be some of the worst, inconsiderate, condescending, rude and belligerent bunch of people I have ever had to deal with. They end up advertising false information about their products and installation parts or accessories needed to said LED lights. Then you are not able to talk to any customer service agents/representatives - you have to deal a "chat" feature instead. Then they become irate and rude and treat their customers like a bunch of uneducated idiots, blaming incompetence not only on you, but the vehicles manufacture and the professional mechanics who are installing them for you (if you are having that done). When you call them out on the essential additional parts may needed to complete installation, they get all offensive and belittle you as the customer. So when attempting to send the merchandise un-used, they want to charge a 20% restocking fee AND will only accept FEDEX overnight shipping back to them - which in turn will cost just as much as the original merchandise in the first place. They will not refund any money close to what you spent for the items due to restocking fee and the astronomical shipping charge. I told them I wasn't sending it back FEDEX overnight and they said they would refuse said package item(s) OR just not sign for it and you'd be out of the money and it would be your problem not theirs, because they have their money already and laughed at me on the chat (literally wrote LOLOL) WHICH IS A RIPOFF ! Bought a set of HIDs for my vehicle. Used the make/model specific search. The lights prescribed were 9021. The lights my car needed were D3S, so I contacted them for a return. They made me pay for shipping to return as they tried to convince me they sent me the right style bulb when they did not. I understood their confusion but at the same time as I tried to explain to them why it was incorrect they blocked me from their website chat function after being very combative. When they recurved my return, they only refunded me for a partial refund, so I lost money. Never again. Never have I ever dealt with a company like this. It would be unfair to paint all XenonPro Customer Service (CS) Chat reps with the same unflattering brush. However, based on the poor CS experience I have received and the number of similar experiences shared in past reviews it appears that XenonPro's owner and customer service management team have failed their employees miserably in customer service and sales training. Allan is a prime example of XenonPro's employee CS failures. Instead of resigning to the fact that he is unknowledgeable and ill-suited to handle his job as a CS Chat agent, he deflected by attacking me with insults and name calling. Past reviews indicate that this behavior has been displayed by other Xenonpro chat employees. Perhaps Allan's immature and unprofessional behavior is XenonPro's business culture and this unflattering trait is a prerequisite to being a XenonPro Chat agent. Maybe Xenon has become desperate for quantity instead of quality employees. I purchased LED's for my truck from Xenonpro.com and one has already stopped working and it's only 6 months old. For $160 you would expect a much better product. They say there's a lifetime warranty but still want to charge $20 per bulb to send a replacement, which you typically are supposed to replace both at the same time. I can't see doing that, as I would then have $200 tied up in those bulbs. They have absolutely no customer service. First and foremost if you're thinking of getting any sort of LED upgrade for your vehicle and you see xenonpro.com on Google, don't even give it a second glance keep scrolling! I ordered a pair of low beam LED's for my Toyota 4Runner and when they came in they were the wrong ones. They said you would get a verification email to let you know when they ship it, it took several days to recieve the email, but yet my funds came out of the bank immediately. I called their hotline and the sales department says they could not help because customer service was not their department, thereby I was told that customer service concerns were only able to be handled via live chat. There was this one individual Dale P, that I spoke with in the live chat and he was extremely rude, condescending, and sarcastic. He would not directly answer my questions and would give me a snide remark for an answer. I even asked for a refund before they shipped and their reply was "It's already assembled and has a shipping label so we can't refund unless you return." They also failed to mention that when you return the lights there is a $20 shipping fee, the shipping is free when you buy but you pay $20 for return before you even get your refund. Xenonpro.com is absolutely horrible, I would rather walk through a landfill of heaping trash in 110 degrees then to deal with these people again because at least I know people that deal with trash would even be more reliable then xenonpro.com who treat their customers like trash! Truly despicable business, atrocious customer service, I'm sure their headlights work great but a great product isn't just about the craftsmanship, it's about the people behind the craftsmanship. I called them and they said that they couldn't help me and that I have to do a online chat. I tried the chat but conveniently the chats time out and I had to start all over with my questions.. once I did get a hold of them. They asked me for my order #. I never got an order # I never got a confirmation email.. they acted like I was a lying when I told them that I don't have an order #. So I figured it out.. they won't allow phone support because they don't want you to ask for a manager when they don't help out.. this is a fraudulent company that is a scam. Just some things to be aware of. I ordered LED headlights for my Mitsubishi Montero. The LED lights did not allow the use of a locking ring due to the presence of the fan. No big deal, so I installed the lights simply by pushing them into the lamp housing, without any way to lock them in place. The first night I tried them out, there was a non-stop flashing of the lights, off and on, and eventually, they quit working altogether (all within a few hours of installation). I was stranded on a dark road without headlights and had to use a light bar to get home. I had also purchased the "anti-flicker" add-on, which didn't stop the flickering. I asked to return them and found that you must return them to Canada only through Federal Express, which has a cost of over $70. Adding in the 20% restocking fee, I would have received about $60 in return on a $160 purchase. Needless to say, I kept the lights and will figure out another use for them. read more

The customer service for xenon pro is some of the worst I have ever experienced. They offer a lifetime warranty on the product. My low beams went out after 8 months, so I asked for replacement bulbs. They sent those to me. It wasn't the bulb, it was the ballast. When I asked Louis on live chat to send the ballast, he quickly said that he wasn't going to send the ballast. He then said he "knows my kind". He said I was trying to get a new kit for free. I offered to send the bulbs back. No was his answer. I asked if it was a lifetime warranty or a 1 time exchange. He then blocked my computer from live chat. I called and the person that answered stated he only deals in sales and hung up on me. I emailed and the reply was to contact customer service on live chat(which they blocked) If there was a negative star, I would give them that rating. I am seeking legal action now.
