Arrived and to my surprise all the different types and styles were neatly laid out and the staff answered all my questions. I was determined I needed a hard three piece cover that runs about $850. When I explained what I NEEDED a soft cover trifold was perfect. $370. When I asked about installation the staff said they could do it today and that I could do it by myself in about 20 mins. As I am finishing paying for my cover and the installation (because I am lazy) I walk out and 2 staff members are finishing up my cover. This took 2 people 5 mins MAX. Super happy with the down selling and they were correct my cover does exactly what I need.

Do not purchase storage buildings from Leonard! They advertise durability but it's not true. It now flaps so bad while driving down the road it breaks the rope, they also replaced items I did not request and made changes by lowering the frame that is causing all the issues. My trailer was at their shop for almost 3 weeks and this is what I get back....plus the manager did not even know what or why they had made some of the changes.

It's been over 2 months since ordering and haven't received a completion time or any proof that it's even in production yet they are refusing to refund my deposit without any proof it's actually even getting built. So they either build trailers without approved plans or they feel they can keep the deposit for literally zero work they have put into it. I'll take my $7k elsewhere. Lesson learned. For whatever reason my new state needed my original bill of sale for the new person to register it. I called trailer plus asking if there was any way they would still have the paper work. Without sounding anything other then pleased to help they quickly sent me the paperwork that the new owner needed. To me, it means a lot when someone does something for you that they do not have to.
