It is a shame I have to write this... I have had 2 cars tinted here in the past and the guy had done an OK job. though times were a little different and I was a tad more aggressive and assertive when I wanted shit done. it has easily been 7 years since I got the last job done, so I dont blame the guy for not remembering me. though I wasnt looking for anything special, just wanted my windows tinted. I have another vehicle that I want tinted and have attempted 6 WEEKENDS trying to get in there on a Saturday. Mind you the guy doesnt take appointments and says first come first serve... well at least if you're spanish... I waited 1.5 Hours for them to open one saturday being the first one, and when all his latino buddies showed up, he put 5 vehicles in front of mine and told me he would call me when he was ready to do mine... you guessed right, he didnt call. The guy even lied to me about not being able to do my tint and that it would take forever to prep it to do because of 2 back windows had other tint on it of which needed to be taken off. I went to advanced auto parts right after and got the tint remover, sprayed it on the tints, put plastic wrap over them, let it sit for 10 minutes, then had both of them off in 5... he could have been tinting my other windows in the time it took to remove the old back tints off. Another time trying to get them done, it was a little cooler out and misty and he said he couldnt do the tints because of the weather, but didnt have a problem doing other people's cars. said the glue wouldnt dry because it was 50 degrees out lol. insane. i told him I would just keep the heat blasting in it until I got home to use a hair dryer. he want having it. One of them I almost got in to get the job done but he magically didnt have the darker shade tint that I wanted like he did on the last 2 cars. Unfortunately for him he underestimated the street smarts I also have and could read every last bit he was doing to me. after reading this, you probably wonder, why would you have tried to keep going there, because he led me to believe that he would actually complete the job the next week but when shit came up like other customers, I wasnt a priority. the other reason, is the other places that I looked at were booked way in advance for saturdays and werent open on sundays so it made sense to try my luck by continuing to go back... I actually work a real job so making it during the week just isnt possible. you would think I walked in there with a fucking Donald Trump for President bumper sticker on my head the way he treated me... if you are white and/or dont speak spanish, take your business elsewhere because he wont give 2 shits about you. read more

horrible horrible hack job! ripped open my dash and lost screws, used zip ties to hold it together my wires were all over the place. Alarm system they installed crossed over with wrong wires my car to could not start. tints were full of bubbles these guys are horrible they are unprofessional and use kids off the streets to do the job. Me just like a few other customers have also had a bad experience and I'm Hispanic PR though mines goes like this I had made an appointment hoping it would've been with the same guy I've dealt with in the past that did there electrical work but he wasn't there and the new guy did not only speak English but did not know what he was doing either when installing my new headlights and fog light and side markers first he damaged my front bumper and did not take the time to line up anything and at the end I had to show him how to install the side markers then when I called to speak to the owner he told me he was present during the install and that the damage wasn't done by his guy so in other words I was a lier lesson learned now what I have to say to you car lovers is if you don't care about your car take it here if you love your shit do your homework I basically gave away $300 because I ended up going to a different shop and had to get it redone then repainted think about it.. read more
