Needed tires so starting calling around after a horrendous experience at Mavis Tire in Salem NH. Called Nashua Wholesale Tire. Told them the tire I was looking for, they gave me a great price and said they would get them from their warehouse. They called me 2 hours later and said the tires were there! 2 hours later! Mavis Tire took a week and got the wrong tires in. We made an appointment for the next day. We checked the tires when we got there and were exactly what we asked for. Dropped the car off and went to have breakfast and do an errand. When we came back car was ready to go. Exactly the tires we asked for, and for the exact price quoted. Appointment the next day. You can't ask for more than that!!! All the other big box tires stores can't come close to the service you get from this place. And they don't nickel and dime you for extras after they give you a price. We will be back next time we need tires for sure! read more

This was the first time I ever bought tires here. I was so impressed they way the hustled for everyone was impressive. The were very busy and it was great to see them update each person most every time they had info about their car. It is a no frills shop and waiting area. They have wifi and a TV. Don't bring you kids just no room for them but a park near by. It certainly is a classic mechanics shop. It reminded me of a place I use to go to with my dad years ago. Back in March 20, 2025 I had ordered 4 tires for my 2010 C300 through the online service. That very same day I had called Nashua Tire to see if the tires I had requested were available at the shop since the person I had been speaking to via email could not tell me and according to their website this was brand they normally stock. After calling the shop and confirming they did have these tires and I informed the individual that I would like to come that Saturday morning to get the service done. The next morning, driving from Everett, MA. I had pulled up waited in line and was told that whomever I had spoken over the phone with was incorrect and they only had one tire, not the 4 that I had needed. Before leaving the shop, I went back in and asked would it be possible that I can leave the wheels here since I had already gotten the tires ordered online (via the rep from Nashua Tire). The service advisor told me that there would be chance "the wheels that I drop off could be misplaced or thrown out", which I found very odd. Then suggested I try another place and that he was doing me a favor. That day I ended up going somewhere else to get this service done. I had emailed the rep from Nashua and explained my visit but she did not send me a response. Then I received a call from the manager I believe on April 1st letting me know the tires were there and ready for me. I had explained to Nate what had happened and he said that there should have been no problem leaving them and he wonders why the service advisor would tell me that. I can't really comment on the service but in terms of ordering tires that was great, but the communication part of it not so much. Nate was willing to take the service for my wheels, but unfortunately, I had them done somewhere else. I was looking to replace some expensive run flat tires on my 4 year old bmw x3 , and with only 43,000 miles I was ready for my third set of run flats so I called Nashua Wholesale Tire for some advice. The very pleasant and informative salesman said they often replace the run flats with standard tires and people loved the new ride. Well, he wasn't wrong, He quoted a great price for a set of Michelins that included installation and I'm now enjoying a quiet, responsive drive. For my current set (purchased Dec 2023) I came here. They did it RIGHT and I have not had to go back at all until today, to get my car inspected. To pass, my car needed some things (not tire-related!). There was a quote given, but when Steve called to update me, he had good news. The item they initially thought needed replacing was ok, just had to trouble-shoot to get it back to normal. They'll hold the part for a week just in case, but for now my bill has gone down. They could've taken my money, swapped the part and called it a day. But they didn't. These are the acts that set a business apart from others. They could have sold me a new tire or tried to sell me four tires, but they checked my tire and found out that it could be fixed for a minimal fee. I have been going to Nashua Wholesale Tire for about a decade. They have the best prices and take good care of your vehicle. I have purchased tires for 3 different cars and had my son get tires there when he bought a used car last year. If you buy your Tires/Snow Tires from them, they give you a break on swapping them out in the Spring and Fall. They don't make appointments for tire services, but they are quick and get you right in and out! Out of all these years, I only had one poor experience when I call for a tire quote and alignment and I felt like like the person on the phone was treating me as if I was not very bright and, after I mentioned it to them, the call improved. However, when I came in to get the tire and alignment, the same guy came out and, in a very loud voice, announced to everyone in the waiting area that my car had major front end issues and they WOULD NOT be doing the alignment unless I had a dealership check it out first. He was very loud about it and it was apparent he was trying to embarrass me. We brought it to a local front end place (not going to a dealership!) and they said it was fine and didn't need work and did the alignment for us. I wasn't happy with that, however I haven't seen him in there since and I wouldn't let one bad experience overshadow the many years of great service. Twice now, once today, I brought a tire to them with a screw in it. Both times more local tire shops have told me I would need to spend $250.00 to $350.00 for one tire?? Not at Nashua Wholesale Tire they are the most honest shop I ever worked with, it cost me $10.00 for a patch. They easily could have told be whatever and I would have believed them. It seemed a bit low so I asked "so after you replace it I'll get hit with all those nickel and dime charges right.... tire removal, adding air, valve charge..... he said "nope... that's the price for everything ". So I get there and they take my car in right away. 10 minutes later I'm back on the road at the quoted price!!!! Love it!!! Most of big box tire places the employees have that blank look and don't want to be there. No here!!! These guys were whistling and signing to the radio. They looked like a NASCAR Crew!!! Called and gave my car model and year to get a quote on a complete brake job on all four wheels--- pads, rotors and callipers. Guy said he couldn't quote it without calling around to find out what the parts cost. I asked ---so do you want to call me back after you check on part cost? He said his mechanic has to look at it first. I said well if you find something else when we get it in there that's not a problem -- but for now can you quote me the price so I can budget for a complete brake job? He said no they were too busy. I'll be honest here -- I just went to this place for either new tires or patching an old tire with a nail hole in it. Excellent price, great quality tires, good service and very timely. On the flip side, the establishment looks like it's located in the ghetto of Nashua, the waiting area is like sitting in a dump, and the bathroom -- at least the Men's Room -- is absolutely disgusting. But I'm very willing to trade off all the things mentioned in the previous statement for a good quality product, at a good price, and then placed on my vehicle in a timely manner. I went to have my two front tires replaced and 24 hours later my left front tire rolled off of my vehicle. I was very lucky no one was hurt and an accident wasn't caused. This incident ended up costing me quite a bit out of pocket. I recommend they not be used for anything. I tried to take Josh to court to at least pay me back for the cost of my repairs but he hired a lawyer and was very obviously coached. It's a long detailed story, I just really recommend that no one consider going there. He blamed it on vandalism. Seems a bit odd to me.. the very night after his shop changed my front tires, my front tire rolls off and destroys my fender... Don't use him for anything. read more

I use to buy tires there many years ago because of the price. On two different occasions with two different vehicles my brake lines miraculously formed a leaked in the same location while I was getting tires mounted. Drivers rear. The vehicles were on the lift. When they showed me brake fluid was all over the floor. I believe they cut my brake lines because the guy in the next bay wasn't busy and needed work. Fast service, but at a price. I had a couple of concerns (normal when you're about to drop $400 for tires you weren't planning on having to buy, thanks to a pothole) and I always felt like they were trying to rush me and get on to the next customer. Also in their haste, they didn't put my VW lugnut covers back on. I didn't notice until I'd returned home to Ohio, and now I have to go buy new ones from the dealer. Wow, where to start? Shopping for tires for my 15+ year old winter driver truck, these guys put on the cheapest set of 4 I could find in Massachusetts or New Hampshire. Their quote was $50 better than the next competitor, for a nicer tire, plus lifetime tire rotation free of charge. The $55 alignment was the cheapest I could find as well - no surprise, these guys are priced right! The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. Everyone who walked by me at the shop (easily five people) smiled and greeted me. The quoted 1hr and were done in around 45 minutes - communication was excellent, from ordering my tires, setting an appointment, to informing me that the service had been completed. I had my crummy old spare in the back of the truck, hoping they would make the "best" of my old tires into my new spare, and not only did they make sure to pick the best, they took the time to reinstall the spare tire under the truck (I had just put it in the back, and assumed they would put it right where they found it when they were done). As I pulled out of the lot, I heard something rattle and stopped to find a wheel weight on the ground. Thinking it might have fallen off, I turned around and went back to ask about it. Several techs immediately shut down their line and pulled my truck in to recheck the balance on the tires - no wait, no hassle! Turns out it wasn't off my car; someone set it down on the bumper, but that didn't stop the servicing tech who did the install from bringing me my keys and apologizing for the inconvenience. I needed to be in the White Mountains Thursday evening, snow was predicted, and my tires were bald. Thursday afternoon at 4PM I called Nashua Wholesale Tire and explained my situation and the model of my car. NWT said they could help me out. I pulled into their parking lot at 4:25 and they had me on the road by 4:55 with new tires, mounted and balanced, at an excellent price. I don't know whether they just wanted to get off work by 5 or if they always work that fast, but my experience was great. I mean, I didn't go there looking for decor. After being a customer for a decade, I feel the service has gone downhill with their success. I complained about my alignment. The camber is off. Interacted with Josh a couple times via email and phone. Yet, when I went in to have them check the allignment, Josh seemed unaware of our previous conversation. I was told there was one vehicle ahead of me on the alignment machine. More than one hour later they pulled my car in. They then pulled in a van getting 4 new tires behind my car. I stopped the whole process before they started. My car would have been "trapped" behind the van for another 20-30 mins. Give me a break. There has to be a better system than having the alighnment machine in the same bay as the tire changing area. read more
