So we ordered a new custom body form them last year it was suppose to take 60 days but took over 90. Secondly this company used their own shipper so when Melissa's ship's out bodies they crate them. So when we received the body finally it was on a pallet with very little shrink wrap around it uncrated so we proceeded to call Chad at Melissa's he shared with us that we had to put the claim in with his shipper no help what soever from him and you would think it was his shipper so he would put the claim in. This has been going on for months and we are still out thousands of dollars I paid up front of course. Now his shipper states they will not pay the claim because he has an unpaid balance with them. Unfortunately we have to proceed with legal action. I don't know they must have changed owners this is a company I have ordered bodies from in the past years with zero problems. I gave them one star because they do not allow to leave zero stars.

Received it back home and it still didn't work. Took it back and again they said there was water in the carb. We chose a mobile company to come out and he asked where the gas was and we showed it to him as had poured it in a clear bottle. The mobile repair said there was zero water in the gas. Still wasn't working so we had a local repair man take it. He said the carberator was never rebuilt or replaced like Town and County states. All the local repair mand did was readjust everything on it, also what T & C said and now it is running fine. Stay away from these guys. Unfortunately, they are the only ones that provide warranty service in town but not everything was covered under the warranty.
