Sarah has communicated expectations, and I have set up auto-pay to ensure my payment is made regardless of what other things I have ongoing each month. The auto-pay feature offers a great piece of mind. I feel like this location is as secure as possible with the installed gate, cameras, and lighting. No location, including your backyard, guarantees security, but this is why I carry full coverage on my investment and list FreeUp Storage as an interested party. After a month of leasing from FreeUp, I am confident in posting a five-star review of my experience.
