The facility itself is clean and staff has been polite, but pricing stability matters. It's disappointing to feel like long-term customers are penalized simply because it's inconvenient to move. I would strongly recommend potential renters ask about how often rates increase before signing. As for me, I'm now reconsidering whether it makes sense to stay.

Haven't had the call back as promised to be able to pay for the one missed month - in all this time, then be able to vacate contents immediately. Makes more sense than to hold items for ransom to auction them off!

I requested it for 10am and no one showed up to even unlock the office until 10:20 (business hours say they open at 9?). Was on a time sensitive schedule and this set me back a bit which was unhelpful. I called every number I could find and no one would pick up. Very unprofessional. Very unhelpful. Not using this service ever again. Don't recommend it. At the least, I don't recommend this location. If you're renting a U Haul use a real U Haul location because this was a nightmare and a hassle. Very unimpressed. Whoever owns this should be very disappointed in their service. I will be steering people away from this location.
