I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

He liked how they conducted business over the phone, sent him a quote via email and were very thorough explaining what to expect the day of our move. Our friends used them and had a great experience which was another reason for us using Top Dog. The price quoted was definitely excellent and better than the other moving company. They arrived on time to our storage unit and made sure to call giving us heads up when they were on their way. We had four strong young men who were very kind, friendly (definitely southern hospitality) and professional. They worked hard for us.
