OK where do we start besides the fact that the owner is a child and he treats people like children that's just the beginning. Here's a list of some of the ridiculous things that go on at this facility. I had multiple units at this facility but the owner is racist apparently doesn't like white people. I had received a letter that there was a price increase but I'm the only one that received it. Then I get a notice to leave the property because I have rental units and so do many other people but after speaking to them In the only one that received a letter that I must vacate because I have rental units. They unplugged my trailers several times because the owners father the power cord Nazi walks around and unplug peoples power cords even though powers included. Then before we had removed our trailers from this horrible facility the owner and the father had picked up our gooseneck trailer because we had several pieces of wood under the arms because we had unloaded off the truck that was too high for the legs to reach the ground so we had to use extra wood to get it off the truck because our other truck was getting a transmission. Once the truck came back with a new transmission we were going to swap out the wooden blocks that are actually free to use and bring it down to the correct height so we can get it onto our other truck. But the wood Nazis that work there a.k.a. owners father and the crazy owner decided to use some sort of device or forklift or something to lift up my $25,000 trailer and bent the arms that support it because they thought we had too much wood under it not even asking us why. My trailers are equipped with video cameras and I actually have video of the owners father-in-law trying to open up the door of my trailer this place is insane the amount of money that you pay here it is absolutely nuts this is the worst place I've ever stored anything and I have storage units around the country because we are a national company. Every time I go there I get nothing but a stomachache because I felt like this is nothing but a kindergarten playground and the owner is the biggest little punk you've ever met. I know he has other investors like several of them but he walks around swinging his you know what because he thinks he's cock of the dock. They've actually have gone as far to follow us from trailer to trailer because I have multiple trailers to see if we leave our lights on or to unplug our trailers at the incident that we leave. Do you self a favor steer clear of this place there are many other better places than this but just watch out he owns quite a few of them you have to go to the newest ones that are built because those are the ones he does not own that he tells everybody which is a bunch of BS. So if you're looking for a good place to store your vehicle without being aggravated like you're on a kindergarten playground with a bunch of idiots that act like they're too you don't want to go here go somewhere else you'll be much more satisfied this is the worst storage facility in Georgia. read more
