All the displays were done so nicely for holiday shopping. They had a huge variety of items and a section for stocking stuffers, which I thought was very clever. I came specifically for a few pairs of the hidden socks/no-show socks. They actually had quite a variety of colors and options. I bought a few pairs of them for a really good price. I also found some gifts to give for Christmas. The checkout line was very long. They did have five employees at the checkout, which made the line move fast. Majority of us would either go the Valley Fair or Great Mall location, so this is a time saver and easier commute for the community. The Uniqlo team had an awesome fun grand opening weekend from Friday - Sunday. I went to the Friday and Sunday openings, and it was professional, fun, and well managed. I loved how the management partnered with a local groups for a Taiko performance and Ikuka baker from Los Altos for catering. The free merchandise was great from Japanese candies, tote bags, and Uniqlo knot bag. The store is well stocked with the latest collabs of one piece, mofusand, and more. I have bought this brand before and it has a confortable fit. Orange gives me a pop of color in my wardrobe. Scanned the jewelry clearance and found pearl Croc Jibbets charms to add a bit of fancy to my house Croccs. Original price was $25.00, paid $7.50, score. Also bought two phone cross body straps, also on clearance. Original price was $22.00 and paid $6.16 each. Finally Bought a phone charm parl wristlet that was originally $26.00 and paid $4.54. this one was my favorite out of all of them. Plus got a 30% discout for the Kohl's charge event.

I have literally gotten my boyfriend every single 49er hoodie they sell here, specifically because of the customer service we receive from her. She's super helpful, knowledgeable, is always within reach but more importantly, doesn't hover. This location is right by the Nordstrom Rack in Oakridge, so parking is always easy. I frequent both this location and the one in Valley Fair - however, this one is my favorite location because of the customer service and the fact that the person that ALWAYS helps us, remembers returning customers, even now when we have to wear masks! This location is also very clean and not as stuffed as the Valley Fair location. I find this one has more breathing room and space to walk. I've also haven't had a problem finding a size in this store but on the rare occasions that it does happen, they assist with reaching out to the other location to see if they have the particular item and size in stock - so, so helpful! There's a lot of Bape, Supreme and shoes you can't find elsewhere here too. I believe they do consignment for Yeezys and Jordans here, so don't be afraid to take a look, they just might have your size.

This Macy's location is in the Westfield Oakridge mall. It's a fairly smaller Macy's compared to…read moreother locations. I don't shop here as much as I used to. Their inventory is minimal. Their selection in many of the departments is minimal. I stopped by to return a Christmas gift that I received that didn't work out. I went directly to the customer service area where you do the returns. It wasn't too busy and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The Macy's associate greeted me when it was my turn. She asked me for proof of purchase. There was no gift receipt that came with the gift. It used to be, that the tag had the return barcode on it, but apparently this has changed. All she could do was return it for the price it currently was, since I didn't have a gift receipt. I'm not sure why they changed their policy, but that just made things more complicated. Then she said she had to wait and see what the register does after she processes the return. I might get a store credit on a gift card or might receive it in the mail. Luckily I was able to get it on a gift card right then. I'll have to remember when I purchase a gift here in the future to ask for a gift recipient. That way the person who receives my gift won't have to deal with this craziness if they aren't happy with my gift. Other than that, my experience with the customer service was good.

The store looked clean and had plenty of inventory and cashiers. I noticed in the purse department they no longer carry some of their old staples like Dooney & Bourke and Coach, but there were plenty of other brands and I found a purse I liked for 40% off (Labor Day sale). The woman who rang me up was very helpful and friendly, and there was no pressure to open a Macy's account like there was in the old days. The shoe department was a bit of a disappointment because they only had one pair of sandals I liked and they were out of my size and the next size up. I didn't have time to see if the quality of the clothes had improved, but I'd go back and shop there again under the right circumstances.

They were very unhelpful and rude, unprofessional, provided a poor customer experience. Their main suggestion was just to call the main customer service line or come back another day to speak to the main manager Leo. The policies are very unclear and there is no desire from this team to help improve the system, but rather just defer the problem to another team member. I wouldn't recommend going to this store if you're looking for a help on one of your orders.
