After I explained that I loved the dress but needed a slightly shorter fit, she suggested I try the petite section. She personally walked me over, found the exact same dress in a petite size, and it fit perfectly! Along the way, she asked about my son's wedding and was so warm, personable, and genuinely kind. Her professionalism and customer service were exceptional. Later that day, I realized I had accidentally left my sweater in the dressing room.
