5 stars for customer service - special shoutout to Alex for being super patient with me. I originally came into the store to help my friend choose a couple items and because I wanted to buy my bf a sweater. I ended up eyeing a pair of Yeezys I've had my eye on for a while but could never find in my size and also wound up asking about a bunch of Supreme Products. Alex was super kind, helping me eyeball my size in the shoes I've been looking for and was super, super patient with me. I had a couple questions about some Fanny Packs / Hip Bags they were selling and he answered all of them; even when I was getting distracted by other products and the buzz around from the store. He wasn't pushy at all about me buying any products / items and he still answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time or anything. I ended up buying the Yeezys and a 49er hoodie. It's customer service like his that's going to keep me as a repeat customer. read more

I absolutely love sneakers and immediately find myself inside the nearest sneaker store to check out what's being offered. First off, for those of you who are commenting on the customer service and claiming that the employees are rude, nice try. how about you make your reviews sound a bit more convincing and believable? Most of you don't even know the right names of the shoes you're even talking about. Let me just clarify that Michael was the nicest shop owner I have ever met. He was honest, friendly, and accommodating. I didnt catch the other two associates names, but I can definitely confirm they were not rude to me at all. If you're into the sneaker culture and brands like Supreme, then you know right off the bat that this lifestyle is NOT cheap. Cant afford it? Oh well. Sounds like a personal issue that has nothing to do with this shop. I love how they literally have every hard to find sneaker in rare sizes. I wear GS so I was VERY happy to see this. Super unique, major fresh gear for days. The product quality is high and above the bar from what you would find at any major retailer like Macy's or Champs or Footlocker etc. The staff is VERY helpfully and the manager is very knowledgable with the products and is clearly dedicated to making the customer experience great. Good attitude and great energy from the entire store. A great sign of respect and a reminder to be nice, and you well get nice in return. I will most defiantly be returning here. Negative stars if possible. I just want to start off by saying... Supreme has some sick pieces, but let's be real, it's way over priced for what it is. Anyways, my brother was in the store looking around, specifically at the Supreme line. Some guy came up asking if he needed help and my brother told him politely that he was just looking around. My brother leaves the store with nothing in hand, and the associate has the audacity to rudely comment that he "doesn't know anything about Supreme" and that's why he only spent a few minutes in the store. Like seriously? You work at a store that sells urban/street wear apparel if I wanted attitude I could've just walked into a Louis Vuitton store. Good selection, decent prices, good staff. They have quite the selection of clothing, getting new shipments and collections frequently. They carry some more underground brands, such as Black Pyramid, Never Broke Again (NBA Youngboy's Brand) and 4PF (Lil Baby's Brand). They also have many shoes and consignment pieces. The prices are decent, however I would stay away from the shoes and the consignment clothes (the clothes wrapped in plastic) as those can be found for much cheaper on the StockX app. read more

They've got great in store customer service, but I bought a pair of Yeezy's here and they gave me shoes that were mismatched in size: 11 and 11.5. This happened in December and I sent the shoes that they gave me back to their store in Valley Fair, and it's April and they still haven't resolved the problem. If you're looking for clothing of the hype beast sort, I would recommend StockX where you won't be up sold like crazy and actually get the products that you paid for. Very, very disappointed in Fresh Society and the customer service. Would highly not recommend doing business with this company. read more

This place was super dope. I bought a pair of TriWhite Ultraboost online, and I wasn't sure if they were authentic or not. I decided to call up Fresh Society to see if they could do an authenticity check for me. I brought the pair of Ultraboost's in, and they immediately remembered my phone call. The guys took out their pair of deadstock TriWhite Ultraboost to do comparisons against mine. Not only were they incredibly thorough - checking the knit patterns, feel of boost, soles, flashlight check, patterns, box check, and even the cardboard & tissue paper stuffing - but they explained exactly what they were checking for to help me compare it myself in the future! At the end, they were happy to say that my shoes were authentic and were very reassuring about it. They didn't pressure me at all into paying a commission or checking any of their stock - they were happy to do the check for free. All in all, the customer service was incredible. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and talking with the employees felt like talking streetwear with friends. And the thoroughness of checking out my pair of shoes definitely reassured me about the authenticity of the rest of the items in the store - from Yeezy's to ASSC and more. Employees are friendly, but the manager is quite snobby. Very noticeable judgmental stare he gives customers when he walks in. I have come in a couple times to see what supreme pieces they have and my oh my they are 2x market value. Of course stores have to charge a little more than market value in order to make money, but they overcharge excessively. $450 for the Nas x Supreme shirt? Anyone can buy one for $250-275 online, or go to another store and at the most pay $350. They had one box logo, which was quite disappointing for trying to convince people they have rare supreme pieces in store. Lastly, don't expect to buy shoes because literally every shoe they have on consignment is nowhere near a fair price. I can afford plenty of shows and supreme, but it doesn't mean I'm going to pay crazy prices at this store. Don't get your hopes up when coming here. read more

I do love all the bay area inspired gear that they have. I don't care for how pushy the sales guys can be at times, but they are super helpful when you do need them. Great gear, but can be a bit pricy....pay for unique. Ugh. What a bunch of trolls! This place is horrible. Everything in this place is way overpriced compared to other places around or online. And the worst thing is the people who work here. They pretty much leer at you as soon you walk in and no joke follow you around like they're being slick about it. They give you this whole "are you going to buy that or not?!" attitude the whole time you're in the place. I like the store itself, however I don't feel the same way about some of the employees there. After receiving terrible service by one the managers, I felt beckoned to write a review to get some exposure on my experience at Fresh Society. First off, I was treated as I shouldn't have belonged there. Instead of being greeted with a welcome and a smile, I was being greeted with difficult and uncomfortable stares and was also constantly being ignored by the employees when seeking help. As I was scrolling down the reviews, It also looks like that I'm not the first one on here to say that about the customer service here as well. Secondly, I believe they lied when they said that they only buy non-used deadstock items. I had a box logo supreme hat that I only wore for 5 seconds just to see the fit and I didnt like how the brim looked and fit my head. I understand that I wore the hat, but I was confused when I saw a couple supreme hats in their glass case that looked way more worn out then mine. I even spotted a fairly large black stain on the right-top of the crown of a white supreme strap back hat. At that point I was like, "Ok let me just shop around" and see if find anything I like. So basically what I found is that if you're really looking for a specific deadstock item that you've been wanting for a long time and don't care how much money you have to spend, then this is the right place for YOU. Otherwise, I doubt you'd want to spend money on things that have been basically doubled the amount from what they normally are, online and retail. It's one thing to make profit to keep a store running, but its another thing to make profit solely by screwing other people over and having a good time doing it. Overall I'm disappointed. This is probably one of the best sneaker / street wear shops in the South Bay area. I walked in late in the evening 1 hour before they close and I was greeted promptly by one of the guys there. The people here do not have that snobbish vibe around them, they know that people who walked in there are their customer regardless of what they wear. Anyway, the reason why I visited was to do a legit check on two pairs of yeezys and they are super cool about it, not pushing anything and take their time to check the pair. One of the best street wear stores in Valley Fair Mall PERIOD. Hell maybe even the south bay hahaha. Very nice inventory, a lot of stuff that you don't see in other stores. Fresh society is a mixed case. The first time I went there it's was dope, alright service and amazing stock. The first time I bought a Supreme public enemy colab which put me back 150 even though they marked it as 110 (150 after taxes). I searched it up online and they shirt only cost around 60 plus shipping on StockX. I thought I paid premium for the retail atmosphere but the double prices in store made me want to return it. I tried to return it a day after. It was completely unused but they wouldn't except it. On god I didn't even take it out of the bag they gave me. They said it was worn and "wasn't original factory condition". Bs but with no retail comepetition, around the bay we just have to deal with it ig. read more
