The other house, where the pool is, has 3 other bedrooms and a bathroom. Perfect for all our guests. We had all the amenities we needed, kitchen supplies, towels, blankets. The decor is exactly what we wanted for our western inspired retreat; clean, minimal, but artistic. The yoga studio was a nice bonus, complete with mats and props. Brad (the property manager) and Caron (the owner) were wonderful hosts. Brad answered all my questions quickly and was very easy to correspond with. We would love to come back and rent again soon. It was also more of a theory lesson as we were first timers for trail horse riding. Once you sit on the horse you realize every single movement you make or don't make means something to the horse. Thanks to Jacklyn for helping us all the way along. The horse that I was on was fairly young and restless so kept wandering away or I wasn't able to control him. Jacklyn was kind enough to tow my horse all along the way. Since it was our first ride, we didn't venture very far away from the stable but did fairly steep ridges and mountains. My other two friends had calm more matured horses that were easy to manage. We loved the experience of bitless bridle horse riding and will definitely visit again if we are near Morongo valley.

The beds are comfortable, the kitchens have everything you need, and the views are gorgeous. The owner is really hands-on and it shows. I've had nothing but great experiences renting with them, and I'll definitely be back again soon. Your rationale was to reimburse yourself for cleaning that was ordered by Open Air! Again, this cleaning was order by open air Open air did not send Anyone from the team to come on sight to oversee the damages & cleaning, Open air Instead instructed me to handle and have cleaned whatever I felt like needed to be cleaned. Then open air reimbursed themselves!!!!!! This is only one example of the lack of follow up and oversight which would be expected from the management company.

They also diligently screen our guests to make sure that they are good guests respecting the home. We had difficult guests and situations from time to time, they are always responsive and work around the clock to ensure our guests are always left satisfied with great reviews. I am a very busy person and I travel all around the world. I am in and out of LA. I just need to know that my property is in good hands and be able to sleep at night no matter where I am. Whenever I have a request, Brad and his team respond quickly and they always provide good solutions and advice. The location is perfect!!! In the middle of the Village and Snow Summit, but secluded enough to feel the serenity of a vacation. The cabin itself was spotless and beautiful, and there are TWO hot tubs!! Plus, we didn't need to trek out to the Snow Play area because the backyard had a small hill we could sled down...we even saw others sledding down the street that the cabin is located on! Seriously couldn't have found a better place...it was meant to be:). Thanks to Grampa Mike, my boyfriend and I had the best intro to Big Bear...we hadn't vacationed in awhile, and this was just what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle for a few days.
